hellooo !! this series was previously titled as “Irreplaceable” under another account which was deleted, this version is rewritten and fit to my (current) type of writing.

if you’ve read Irreplaceable, then you’re already aware of what’s coming up until chapter 3 and since there’s no significant changes made to the story (or maybe there are like something about yn’s personality but you be the judge of it) so you can choose to wait until I post chapter 4 or you can reread this rewritten version :)

Past. 

    The sky was exceptionally beautiful today—or maybe it has always been beautiful but you just didn’t pay much attention.

    The gentle rays and the summer breeze were everything you need in the name of seeking calmness. Today was another day of your escapades with Jungkook. His father along with his mother was out of town for some business. Jungkook’s parents have assigned guards and tight security for us but that doesn’t stop us from having our freedom.

    The grass under you moved in steady waves accompanied by the sweet song of crickets and the chirps of birds as you sat next to Jungkook and pulled your knees to your chest, your chin resting on top of them. Jungkook turned his head as he stared at the side view of your face. Your eyes were lost in admiration of the scenery ahead of you.

    “Will you ever leave me?”

    You raised your head at your friend’s sudden question.

    “Hmm,” you playfully tap your chin as if you’re pondering seriously over his simple question. “Maybe not in this life, Kook.” You giggled. 

    It’s a promise, you told yourself. If you were given two options and one of them was leaving him then you’ll choose the other option. Leaving him would never be an option. 

    “Promise?” He asked his eyes that held an entire galaxy looking at you hopefully as he extended his pinky at you.

    “Only if you promise to not leave me.” You told him.

1. Royal Elite Series by Rina Kent. (Completed, waiting for RES 2 coming soon in 2022)

I highly recommend reading this series in the right order which is from the prologue to the epilogue. This series is dark high school bully (romance), enemies to lovers, friends to enemies to lovers, friends to lover, arranged marriage. In my personal opinion and review, i like the author’s writing style: simple and informative. She’s a dark romance author! If you’re planning to read her stories, in her author note, she will put that her book is not suitable for faint heart etc and she writes dark stories that could be upsetting and disturbing.

Book 0 : Cruel King. (Standalone)

* This book here… Got my heart aching so bad, i clench my jaw bcs of some scenes. This book got me rethink abt the world LMAO 😭

Book 6 : Ruthless Empire. (Standalone) | TW : Obsession.

* The pairing in this book is goals. The couple is RICH like they are rich and they LOOK RICH together. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH 😭

2. Kingdom Duet by Rina Kent. (Reign of A King, Rise of A Queen)

I’m in love the the male lead. No one can change my mind. Jonathan King is the shit. This book is age-gap romance and you could say.. it’s dark too.

3. Lies and Truths Duet by Rina Kent. (All the Lies, All The Truths)

High school romance too. Enemies to lovers. It’s dark and twisted.. Female lead suffered a good amount of time because of male lead. hated him frfr

I just saw your last ask and I felt bad, I know that you addressed her as aunt before and I just wanted to let you know it’s your story and if you want to call her aunt, you can since it’s mostly from Yn’s point of view I mean you did make it clear she was his mum even in all the scenes she was in with him, her character name was aunt but he addressed her as mum or you said his mother, even around yn you said jungkook’s mum. You can do what you like but if it’s what makes the story flow for you, don’t change the name. I know as a writer that some character stories really do make the story go and flow and shine for the author so if that’s the same for you (I hope I’m not taking lots of nonsense) then keep the name but maybe if it’s a bit of an issue out at the start that she’s jungkook’s mum and called aunt since that’s what you want to call her hehe, I hope this helped but again, your story do as you wish! 💗💗

noo don’t feel bad at all abt it 😭 i actually took it as a point to improve my writing. some people maybe still find it’s a bit confusing in the scene where jungkook and aunt binna was conversing bcs i used aunt albeit she is his mother. so i don’t want to make it confusing 🤕

i gave it a thought actually <3 i will continue using “Aunt Binna” but maybe only when yn is present, so if yn is not present at the scene, for example it’s a scene of jungkook and his mother, i would just use her name, Binna, instead of addressing her with ‘Aunt’!

Hold on a hot minute, jungkook says she left him but the promise was “only if you promise not to leave me.” Therefore if he left she was then free to leave.

And he acted and made sure they weren’t friends and all their personal connections were cut by him, he made the contract so he left her first !

Therefore MC didn’t break the promise 👀

i’m glad you noticed that and pointed it out 👀

it’s true that mc didn’t break the promise but that’s all from her pov! you see, their povs clashed. jungkook thought mc broke her promise and mc thought jungkook broke his promise. there’s always 3 sides of a story; person X’s side, person Y’s side and the truth.

we know mc’s story is more detail than jungkook but if you read it a tad bit carefully, you’ll see that jungkook did not break his promise (speaking from his pov). the promise was to not leave each other. it’s true that jungkook acted like he doesn’t know mc and he maintained their relationship as pure boss and employee but he didn’t leave her right ✍🏻

whether he made the contract as a way to manipulate the promise and turn the blame on mc or not, we don’t know 💌 maybe for the upcoming chapters, we’ll get jungkook’s pov and finally the truth 🐣
