Yeah Hannigram is canon, they actually have sex on screen in the episode titled 'Mizumono' the romance between them is truly gutting.

I’m gender-fluid so my preferences change with time, but it’s also a pain in the ass to be constantly updating what I want to be called, so I typically just tell people to call me whatever they think fits best.

That being said, being called Captain is always superior to ms/mr/mx.
