I feel like I'm one of the worst people on the planet all of the time honestly, it feels like people are scared of me and they don't really want me around because of the way I act.

One of the worst things is that I'm very self aware of my bpd and the way it makes me act although I barely ever have the self control to stop myself from doing and saying dumb shit when I'm spiralling, or even just in general.

It just feels like everything could be prevented if I just tried.

And I am trying, but nothing seems to work. It's hard to convince myself that I am trying just because of how much I fuck up. Its a lot easier to just feel like it's all my fault and I do everything on purpose instead, and that I'm just a shitty person who doesn't deserve any of the good things I have.

I wish I could figure out how to stop my brain from working this way because it's been consuming me for years really. I wish I could do something more than just trying but it's just never enough.
