“I’m not crazy, I’m just a little unwell” 🎶

For the past few weeks I've been reflecting over so many things, and it's been quite a ride so far. This post really resonated with my healing process. I kept wondering why I was being treated a certain way even though I followed every instruction and guidance given by them, but alas I've been deemed as a failure on so many levels. Nothing is ever enough with them. So the only sensible solution I can see is to tell myself I am enough - in other words self love.
