The First National Park Of The Year Was Shenandoah In Early April But We Made A Stop At Natural Bridge

the first national park of the year was Shenandoah in early April but we made a stop at Natural Bridge state park in Virginia. this is the first of four places I went to this year called natural bridge(s). I also made the mistake of forgetting to put on boots so I hiked in crocs and will not be making that mistake again. But it was still very pretty and I plan to go back and take my sister because she was at college at the time.

And apparently when I reblogged that post something weird happened and i somehow reblogged it twice so I got two doot doots 

We also stopped at luray caverns on our trip. my mom had been there with my sister but I hadn’t. One reason I wanted to go was for the great stalagpipe organ which as a musician and a person who has had to make an instrument for scratch before, seeing it was a bucket list item for me.
