An unofficial rating of the demon!Aziraphales I have seen (not a comprehensive list, obvi, there are so many, but some that have stuck out in my mind).

@speremint’s Azirafell: Dat coat tho. Delightfully evil, a little scary, tasteful splashes of sexy. A hoarder (same). Excellent sh/tpost material. Protective (possessive?) streak and longing denial like woah. 100/10 a perfect specimen

@robofeather’s Azazel: Look at this soft moth boi. What a gorgeous coloration. He’s trying so hard. 11/10 cutie pie cryptid

@wikigiuli’s Azhira: Pure chaotic trickster energy. Does the Owl Thing with his head and it’s horrifying. Traveling bookshop a++++. Nice hat. 13/10 makes me smile

@millerizo’s Azira Fell: 1000% terrifying. Would not want to meet in a dark alley. Or a light alley. Or anywhere, really. Magnificent beard. Only answers to Sir or Master. Will rule the world. 1000/10 I am so scared

Will probably get around to rating their Crowleys soon but I had a Deep Need to rate the Aziraphales first.

Aziraphale, hanging out on Noah’s Ark watching the flood waters rise. Hears a noise down in the hull and goes to investigate.

Finds Crowley stowed away in the hull along with several hundred Mesopotamian children ranging in age from infants to late teens.

Crowley, in the middle of passing around a bread basket that endlessly refills itself, looks up like a deer in headlights. “Okay, I can explain this…”

—Later that day—

Crowley, while bottle feeding one of the infants: I mean clearly the Almighty wants these children dead, what with their capacity for evil and stuff, so by saving them all, I’m actually going against the Ineffable Plan.

Aziraphale, hiding a smile: Right. Makes perfect sense.

Crowley: I’m being very evil here.

Aziraphale: Of course you are.

Crowley: …you’re not about to throw them all overboard, are you? Because I will fight you.

Aziraphale: Oh, no. You’ve clearly outwitted me this time. I must accept my defeat with grace. And Noah has enough on his plate with the animals, I shouldn’t burden him with this. You’ve won this round, wily serpent.

Crowley, getting choked up: Y-Yes, that’s right. I’m very wily. And evil. Don’t forget that.

Broke: Crowley is touch starved bc Demons and Hell and Mean and Nasty

Woke: Boundaries are one of those things that burned up in The Fall. Demons are constantly leaning on one another, brushing shoulders in the cramped basement that is Hell, clambering over each other to be seen, and Crowley is more than used to it.

Aziraphale is touch starved. All the angels are passive aggressive and openly resentful of him. Plus, did you see how sterile and ultra-white everything in Heaven was? The first time Crowley casually claps Aziraphale's shoulder, the angel probably goes into shock for a solid week. He takes to wearing long pants and sleeves at every opportunity because it's so much worse to experience accidental contact every decade or so than no contact whatsoever.

After the trials, after Crowley sees how the angels treat Aziraphale, after he sees how clinical Heaven looks, Crowley endeavors to hold Aziraphale's hand as much as the angel can handle until he gets more and more comfortable, slowly erasing the memories of too-white walls and too-cold looks.
