DREAM WALKING METHOD

!M.O.M SPOILERS!

this method is inspired by dream walking that is featured in multiverse of madness, I'm fairly sure this isn't a original idea so I apologise if someone's already done this, but this is my take.

Please know this isn't malicious or invasive like dream walking is! There are no negative or dangerous repercussions from using this method, if your worried please feel free to script that it isn't or whatever reassures you. This method is purely a way to focus intent on shifting and is only inspired by m.o.m.

This can be used as either an awake or sleep method. However this is preferred as an awake method? If you fall asleep know that's okay. Please know you don’t need a method to shift. This is quite visualisation heavy but you can always focus on thoughts, sensations, feelings and anything else that works for you.

Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying, it doesn't matter; and close your eyes.

Take a moment to center yourself, moderate your breathing. Conduct a body scan, focus on your breathing, relax your muscle, let go of your worries and tress or nothing at all. Whatever you need.

Once you feel ready imagine that every time you inhale you draw energy from your surroundings. It gathers around your finger tips, forming a halo around you head, it casts a pallor of light under you eyelids. It swirls and dances, you can feel the power building. It makes you feel calm, comforted, peaceful.

In front of you, a book appears. What size is it? Is it ornate or simple? What colour is the cover? Try imagining this as vividly as you can. The pages start to rustle and move, brushing against each other softly as they open to the right page. A soft warm glow emits from the book, joining your power. It's comforting and makes you feel relaxed and safe. Slowly the glow begins to form an intricate web around you, endless realities sprawling out around you, connected by thin strands of pulsating energy.

The page opens to your desired reality, the intricate web of your power stills. Within your power, you can see your dr. Hold this image in your head, focus on any sensation to help with this final push and repeat affirmations as you begin to focus on your chosen reality, as you do it unfolds around you and begins to form into a scene.

You see you desired reality. What does it look like? What can you hear? what sensations can you feel? is there a particular smell? As you continue to observe the reality before you, you notice your dr body in front of you. What do you look like? What colour are your eyes? your hair? do you have freckles or dimples? They smile at you (or is it you smiling at you?), going to embrace you as you feel your conscious finally become aware of your dr self. You blink and suddenly you’re in your dr. Congratulation, you have shifted!

Feel free to modify this to suit yourself, please know that nothing can stop you from shifting and there is nothing malicious about shifting, it is completely safe and ethical and not invasive at all! Nothing is holding you back, go and shift <33

Oh, where oh where can my baby be? 

The Lord took her away from me… 

In a bedroom dormant of light, a man sits on a wooden rocking chair, hauntingly abandoned in the corner of the room. Smoke spews from between his plump and dry lips as he sniffles, his eyes heavy, desperately craving sleep, but he stays stubborn, intently staring at the empty crib before him. Wishing for what never will be. 

“Oh, where oh where can my baby be?” He drawls, murmuring lowly whilst his head bows, a finger trailing down a creased photograph where a woman sits on a bench, smiling and beaming with life with her hand pressed against the swell of her growing tummy.  His sob is sudden, but yet gut wrenching. There’s a deep despondency in his voice as he continues to sing, the picture slipping through his fingers just as they did, 

“They’ve gone to heaven so I gotta be good…” 

There’s another sniffle, cutting through the heart-rending melody before the rattle of pills resounds throughout the room. The plastic cup clings against the wooden floor when he purposely drops it, his sobs uncontrollable as he gulps the capsules that are too much and he knows it, but it is what he wants.

He stands, the picture on his lap forgotten, reaching for a wedding ring and a bottle of golden liquor. The man takes a swig when he sits again, sighing deeply whilst longing for the future that no longer existed, so there was no point in existing himself. 

But yet, through his tears, he smiled with a sob, for he believed they weren’t too far, just around the corner and awaiting his return. 

And so he shut his eyes, clinging to the hope that he was reunited with his little family for the rest of forever.
