"I am not as stupid as my brother thinks I am" you said coldly, only the mention of Oleg already causing you rage. "I always tried to see some good left in him but after what he did to Dir, I have given up all hope"

"So you want me, to overthrow him?" Ivar seemed amused while making the question, although he already knew the answer. He could see it in your eyes. As you nodded, he chuckled. "We have much in common, princess. I also have problems with my brothers"

You raised your cup in the air towards him, the corners of your mouth rising up as his. "Skol?" you asked without much confidence, having heard him say that before a few times. You supposed you got it right, due to how the expression on his face seemed utterly and completely amazed.

Ivar also raised his cup in the air. "Skol, princess"

This white boy came over a month ago and asked why my pillow was shiny. I told him it was satin, because I need a satin case to maintain my natural hairstyle overnight.

This past weekend I stayed over at his house after a party because it was too late to go back to Manhattan, and when I got in bed I noticed that one of his pillowcases was satin.

I asked him why a white, nearly bald man needed a satin pillowcase and he said he bought it for me, in case I needed to sleep over sometime. He didn’t want me to ruin my hair on cotton.

I kissed the ever-loving shit out of him.
