Natsu matsuri! aka Summer festivaaaaal! Decided to go with a different tone than the usual grays and I'm pretty happy with how it came out! Kakimori Toppuri is such a nice blue. I wanted a darker shade for the background so I used Lennon Toolbar's Atmospheric Twilight and used a wash of Toppuri to blend it better with everything. Then I used a very washed out Diamine Pumpkin for the highlights...and got a bit carried away.
