do you ever just have a sudden rush of love for books? like, you love to read in general but you have a very intense moment, similar to an epiphany, where you are just so happy that books are a thing. that you can go from reading a book about a blonde sassy detective to reading about time travel, or go from reading historical fiction to reading about superheroes. it’s just amazing, i’m so glad i get to experience so many stories and lives. that i’m not just confined to my own existence, and that i can lose and yet find myself in books and words. it makes me happy :)

I don’t think people outside the mcyt community understands why we see certain streamers as so important to us. They’re not our age, yeah, but they get it.

Wilbur is random and strange and all over the place, and he’s resourceful and entertaining and definitely not mentally stable and so talented in music and really smart and knows way too much about specific topics, and those things shouldn’t mix as well as they do, but they do. He’s really cool and incredibly inspiring as a cc and a person, and has the most god-awful taste in sweaters that only he can pull off.

Tommy, Ranboo and Tubbo are young and so successful, they grew so quickly and I’m so happy for them. They’re best friends, even though they just became friends in the past two or three years but they love each other so much. A lot of kids don’t think they can be successful and have fun with their friends but they did and that’s what kids nowadays need to see!!!

Sapnap is technically an adult, but barely that and he understands what it’s like to be a kid and confused and still not know what the fuck you’re doing, but you’re doing it and it works out.

Niki is sweet and kind, but also funny and expressive, and she shows all the girls out there that it’s okay to be you, and have zero fucking idea what you’re doing half of the time other than you’re having fun with your friends.

Techno is a Greek mythology nerd and an English major and very monotone, and yet made a community that totally defies him. Millions of people call him a literal GOD. We CHANT for him. We aren’t a cult, we swear. But he’s comedic relief whenever we need it. He’s always someone you can watch if you’re down in the dumps and want something light-hearted and funny to cheer you up.

Quackity is silly and fun and loud, and he’s so unashamedly him, and it helps young people realize that there’s no shame in being you, and you can go to school and still pursue your interests and hobbies and a successful career outside what you’re being trained in.

Dream and George are like the cool older brothers that help you with your issues. It’s like hanging out with your smart and cool yet really really funny older brothers because they genuinely want you there, not because they’re being forced to. They may still be fairly new to being famous and yet they’re already so comfy in their own skins and radiate confidence.

Phil is genuinely the cool internet dad we all love. He radiates paternal energy and yet is funny and sweet, and silly. He’s irresponsible in a responsible way. He’s like the kind of parent that’ll let you grow into your own skin and find yourself while always making sure you know he’s there when and if you need him. A lot of kids don’t have parents that support and love them simply for the fact that they love differently than what is considered normal. Phil does.
