Guys, with all the negative stuff lately, I wanna hear some positives.

Angst vore scenario: Noms that never happen.

Noms happen way too easily sometimes, Pred does it way too easily, or prey lets go of their fear too fast.

And I get it, that's part of the fantasy.

But think about the angst from first time preds or first time prey?

Prey that, despite understanding they're going to be safe inside the pred, start screaming and crying as soon as they reach the throat.

"I'm not ready yet! I can't do it! I'm sorry! Please don't eat me!" They beg weakly as they hold to the tongue of the pred.

The pred regretfully spits them out, and instead gives them a gentle hug, reassuring them that they're safe in their arms,safe in their jaws, and safe in their stomach.

They would never harm the prey, but it's not worth scaring them to death, they can work around it.

On the flip side, preds that completely fail at being preds, as soon as the prey actually reaches their throat it spasms and they won't stop coughing, their sensitive throat can't handle swallowing something that isn't actually food.

"I'm not cut out for this, I'm sorry"

The prey gently reassures the pred, they don't mind sleeping in the pred's mouth or on their belly instead of inside it, it's going to feel similar.

They don't have to force them to do whatever they want to.

You can of course take away the gentle reassurances from both scenarios, add taunting and teasing instead.
