When a pred has the ability to control the prey’s dreams when their in their belly. Imagine that the prey has been having nightmares every night and the pred is sick of it. 1, the prey’s tossing and turning mixed with their distressed breathing is keeping the pred up at night, and 2, the pred cares about the prey. They hate seeing them every morning, bags under their eyes from an obvious lack of sleep. One night, the pred decides to put an end to the nightmares. When the prey is sleeping, the pred gently picks them up and brings them to their open mouth.

The prey’s eyes slowly open as they’re lifted out of their bed. Their eyes widen as they see what’s happening. The start to struggle in the preds grasp. The pred struggles to maintain their hold on the prey. They know the prey is confused and scared, but they just want to help them. They gently stroke the prey’s head in an attempt to soothe them. “Shhhhh. It’s okay,” the pred whispers. “I just want to help with your nightmares.” The prey relaxes and the pred gently swallows them down.

The prey slides into the preds stomach and are met by the feelings of warmth and comfort. They feel oddly safe snuggled up in their preds belly. Their eyes start to droop as they grow sleepy. They try to fight it. They know it’s not natural. They know the pred is putting them to sleep.

“Just let go and trust me, okay?” The pred says, their voice full of love and affection. “Just close your eyes and drift off to sleep.” The prey gives in to the relaxing sensations and they drift off to sleep.

The pred smiles and lays down in the prey’s bed, gently stroking their belly. The pred guides the prey’s dreams away from the nightmares that have gripped them for so long; finally giving them the nights rest that they deserve.

I feel like I could’ve written this better but idc. I kinda just wanted to share the idea.

Thinking about an Angel pred…

So like, they’re a guardian angel, impossibly huge, or maybe just normally large. Regardless, the human they’re guarding is small enough to fit in the palm of their hand.

So they go to protect their assigned human by eating them. The human in this scenario is either very hesitant, or freaking the fuck out. They’re NOT having a good time.

The angel insists that it’s “for their own good” even as they taste them. It’s not the angel’s fault, they’re just a little curious is all.

They wish that the human would stop squirming, but they also don’t mind (or care).

The human is stuck sliding down the angel’s throat, though it’s more like a free fall. Their vision is then blinded by a flash of white light.

When they come to, they’re in a grassy field, with a small river off in the distance. Beyond the river, a small white dot. The human stares around in confusion, and notices that the cloudless sky is pale yellow.

“What the-”

“Are you okay in there?”
