This is a comment someone appended to a photo of two men apparently having sex in a very fancy room, but it’s also kind of an amazing two-line poem? “His Wife has filled his house with chintz” is a really elegant and beautiful counterbalancing of h, f, and s sounds, and “chintz” is a perfect word choice here—sonically pleasing and good at evoking nouveau riche tackiness. And then “to keep it real I fuck him on the floor” collapses that whole mood with short percussive sounds—but it’s still a perfect iambic pentameter line, robust and a lovely obscene contrast with the chintz in the first line. yeah, age regression terms (mainly “little” and “caregiver”) originate in survivor spaces for people who were abused as children. age regression is when someone mentally retreats to an earlier age, generally as a trauma response. the term “little” refers to the person regressing, and “caretaker” refers to the person who helps supervise and nurture the little while they’re regressing. in and of itself, age regression is not sexual.

however, the CGL kink community (stands for caregiver/little), in which people get off on treating their partner, or being treated by their partner, as a child. they have very much co-opted the terms “little” and “caregiver” and now they’re more commonly known as sexual terms, which is really unfortunate imo.
