There's a lot of options for the Diamond pose.
Here it goes some information about some variations:
1-The original Diamond Pose,
2-For those who can't sit on their heels, they need to stretch thighs muscles. Until then, they can use some pillows or folded blankets,
3-To open more your chest and work your heart chakra, you can grab your big toes crossing your arms on your back,
4-In Diamond pose, you have a lot of options, but one good variation is with the twist to add more benefits to your internal organs,
5-Side bends are great too, and you don't have to look up. You can look forward or look to the floor. Feel what your neck feels safe to do it.

We receive from life according to what we give. If you give love you receive love, if you give energy you receive energy. But all this does not apply to what you give to others or others to you. Most of all you receive what you give yourself. How often are we afraid to risk something new?Damn!!! I remember taking so many risks so many times. There were times I failed, maybe most of the time, but there were times I was successful. And all these roller coasters of fears and misgivings I faced got me here. To what I am as a person, as a boyfriend, as a brother, son, son-in-law, brother-in-law, friend, etc etc etc.
Along the way, there are those who move away, there are those who don't even come close. But without fears and doubts because all this journey has made you much better. (This is what I tell myself). Some say I changed, in a derogatory way, but who said I wanted to remain the same person for 70 or 80 years that I'm going to live here? We are here to experience life to the fullest and evolve, not to stagnate, because just like stagnant water, it becomes rotten, once we stagnant, we rot from within.
