Magni and Modi

So if Modi and Magni were brought back, I feel like after the abuse they delt with they will have a lot to deal with but it will only come after a while of conflict. Both will regress different ways.

Magni would inherent Thor's mindset of being just a destroyer and would probably just go find a conflict or a war to be part of. This would mean that Thor would have to go find his son and bring him back. This would probably end up in a fight between father and son. However I would not see Thor actually hitting Magni at this point and just block and trying to subdue his son until he is willingly to listen.

Modi would leave instantly. Given his motif of being a "coward", I just think he both hates conflict and at some point has anxiety. He would probably inherent his father's alcoholism, to drown his past abuse. His journey for forgiveness with Thor would take way longer. I have an idea in which it would take Modi seeing his own son interact with Thor, and finally seeing how much his father has changed. In turn begrudgingly allowing his children to develop a relationship with their grandfather. Perhaps Thor could even save them, furthering Thor's role as the protective dad and finally embracing it without odin's influence.

Headcannon: Jealous (Thor [GOWR] X Reader)

summary: just Thor being jealous with you and heimdall.

warning: fluff, mention of sex, fight, lighting, heimdall is an asshole, Thor being protective, you have a strong personality.

⚡️He noticed heimdall looking at you constantly.

⚡️ At first he thought Heimdall was just an asshole who liked to read other people's thoughts, and was entertained by reading your thoughts since you were a newbie in Asgard.

⚡️Over time he began to notice something else in those looks that his younger brother gave you. Things like him looking into places only Thor could intimately touch.

⚡️Thor swallowed, very insightful. He would kiss you in public as if he wanted to devour you, he would hold your arm very tightly, all so that his brother would realize that you were his alone.

⚡️ You didn't notice. In fact, you got used to an aggressive Thor when something didn't go well with him, especially with something psychological. When Odin blamed him for something he didn't do or when he felt useless, almost always.

⚡️Heimdall was not intimidated by any of this. He even teased with looks a few times. Heimdall knew you didn't look down on him, but he was willing to go to any lengths to steal you from that fat drunk.

⚡️When Thor returned from yet another almost perfect mission and Odin fought him again all the god of Thunder did was get drunk. Things with you were also difficult, since, as much as you tried to understand and support him as much as possible, it wasn't enough for him. So he went into any tavern and drank as much mead as possible since he didn't pay (having the god of Thunder in his tavern was a merit for any tavern keeper, and that attracted countless customers.)

⚡️When the sun rose again was when Thor felt comfortable leaving there and going to his home. He walked like a drunk, his instincts were lethargic, when he saw the boy with bifrost eyes staring at him.

⚡️"How long will she put up with an old man falling drunk, fat and dirty, in her bed? It amazes me that (Y/N) waits for you day after day, night after night."

⚡️Thor stopped pacing and took a deep breath. When he looked at Heimdall he was sure that if he ever had self-control it wasn't today.

⚡️Lightning hit Heimdall so hard that he couldn't think in time to protect himself.

⚡️You were drinking coffee, slightly worried about Thor. You always looked to the skies to know when he was fighting or quiet, and that's how you saw lightning strike. You counted the seconds it took for the sound to reach your ears and, to your surprise, it was very close.

⚡️ Heimdall was staggering when Odin arrived. Thor wasn't crazy enough to kill his own brother and risk being killed by his father.

⚡️Odin just asked them to enter the great lodge.

⚡️"Thor nearly killed him." was what the murmurs said, but AllFather ignored them all as he sat beside his children and wife.

⚡️ That room was used for trials, but most who ended up there were thieves or worse, not their children.

⚡️ "A clear rule we have, especially in my family, is not to covet another's wife." Odin began, Heimdall lowered his head as Thor's gaze remained hard on his father. "Heimdall, what have you lost in her, son?"

⚡️ "I..." He was lost for words. "I don't think he deserves her."

⚡️Thor snarled and looked at him as if he could deliver another spanking.

⚡️"Until she asks for separation, she is his property." Odin replied calmly. "If she likes to get a drunk fucked up what can we do?" Odin elicited laughter, except for Thor who looked disappointed in himself.

⚡️You enter the room pushing the double doors with all your might (which was no small feat). The guards behind were trying to stop you, as only allowed people could enter. But you were married to Thor, and you still had the added force of personality, so just stopping and staring at the men behind you with an arched eyebrow was enough to make them back off and close the doors.

⚡️"You!" you pointed your finger at Heimdall and marched up to him still with your finger raised. "You don't know me. I'm not your friend, confidant, and don't even think of considering me as your family. Stay away, you and your thoughts, from me and my husband, before I tear your eyes out myself and use them as my own earrings."

⚡️Heimdall dared to lick her lips looking at his. That's what he admired so much about you. He no longer risked reading your thoughts, just your attitudes satisfied him.

⚡️And that was obviously what Thor wanted to tame in you. Only a man of strong masculinity could even get close to you. Heimdall couldn't.

⚡️"I won't even look at your face." you took a deep breath, you looked like you were seething with rage as you finally turned to Thor. . "Sleept without my husband, I just woke up and am greeted by news that my husband is trying to murder his own brother. You " you looked at Heimdall again and at Thor. "Can't talk about anything? Just yelling and punching?"

⚡️"All-Father, a thousand sorry for the inconvenience. Now I think my husband has a long rest ahead." You said as you grabbed Thor's arm, no one dared to interrupt.

⚡️"Make yourself at home, dear." Odin replied amused, he loved his personality.

⚡️As you walked out of the hall you noticed that your husband was incomplete. You whistled and soon mjolnir was present.

⚡️ "You too, little guy. Let's go." you talked to him, it was common to see the two or three of you talking.

⚡️The hammer, very intelligent and independent, went ahead of you, opening the way while you carried a sleeping giant.

⚡️When you arrive in the room, the two are silent, until the man sitting on the edge of the bed asks.

⚡️"You love Me?" he used an aggressive tone, as if he was summoning you to respond.

⚡️You, who were already lying on the bed, sat down next to him.

⚡️"Yes, Thor."

⚡️"Would you trade me for Heimdall?" he asks quietly. You look at him strangely, as if asking which animal bit him. "You know how it is... He's small, his hair is always neat, he's..."

⚡️"Female, I think that's the right word."she corrected him, Thor's look went from pitiful to confused. "No. I don't think he would be able to deal with me." you come close to him, caressing his strong arms no longer armored. "And I also don't think he could handle me on him. Only a man big enough can handle me." You said in his ear.

⚡️It didn't take Thor long to position you on his lap, and, with one hand on the back of your neck, pull you into a kiss that mixed affection and need, but then deepened with a little naughty. You guys did it all day, the man had the gift and you never let it down.

⚡️(Sometimes he made a point of making you moan his name very loudly, that he was your favorite god and things like that, to let everyone in Asgard know who was dealing with you.)

His shoulders are tense.

You can tell just by looking. He's got this look in his eyes. You know he's trying hard to keep his promise not to drink. If only he wasn't haunted by his father and the mistakes of his past. It's a miracle he was still alive to see the end of Ragnarok; he was ready to die in Asgard.

It hurt to see him like this. So you gently lay your hands on his shoulders and give them a good rub, careful not to spook him. He sighs heavy beneath your touch. You begin to dig into the knots a bit as he leans into the touch.

"If the past haunts you, then perhaps the present can distract you. Kratos has found ways to fight his nature; to control it. Mayhaps he could show you how to control your own urges."

"I know what I have to do. I don't need his help. I just need some time."

His tone is defeated. He turns in his seat to look you in the eye and places one of his massive hands on yours. That look makes your heart hurt. You would give anything to take his pain away. He is so gentle and sweet as his brings your knuckles to his lips in a chaste kiss. A small sign of affection only family and very close friends are privy to. That he counts you among that small number is a true honor you will never take for granted.

He stands and tugs you with him as he lumbers towards home. Take his time to match your shorter stride. You know he aims to surround himself with family. Hopes it will help keep him sober for one more day. It fills you with immense affection to know he would have you with them; being a family. And yet as you walk you still see it.

His shoulders are still tense.

As much as he was probably distant from her at times I like to believe during those three years he actually was a great dad😭
