Another dude I made but using this weird watercolor ink stuff. Unfortunately its not waterproof like my india ink so I had to work around that aspect and work with any of the color bleeds. Still, was pretty fun to do and I enjoy the result. Might do a similar design like this again, but with gold and yellow inks instead. We shall see. Gotta get my hands on some of those colors tho, cause the brown and green seen here are a gift from my bestie.

A beastie I created for myself and partially for my IB art portfolio. As my first time working seriously in India Ink, I must say, it was quite an entertaining little beast. Hard to get used to holding the pens tho. They're so different from what I'm used to. Also, I just started working in Medibang Paint Pro, so if any of you have tips on how to crop an image, and how to create a watermark without having to make the watermark as a brush first (because there is a size limit to the brushes) I would greatly appreciate it. I plan on switching over to Photoshop soon, but as of this moment, Medibang is the free option so Imma stick to that for a while.
Im excited to finally be able to see what replies are all about because ive never experienced them yet

A thing I’ve been working on for the past day or so, completed 3-18-18. Had this in the lineart sketchbook for a long while now, but decided to just get it done and over with. Took about 10-15 hours to do, which was longer than Indigestion’s time to finish, which was around a few hours. That’s probably ‘cause I took way more time with the lineart on this one than the previous, so I’m gonna try to keep that stage on the down low and simple next time around. I want these things to just go faster so that I can get stuff out faster. This one allowed me to play more with shading, and I like what I did with the background, what with the increasing lightness as you go down. Was great fun to do, and am excited for the next project. The next one is likely to be a piece with more tight lineart and no shading, so look forward to it.

NOW THIS GUY I AM PROUD OF. He took forever because I was constantly referencing my anatomy books to get him to feel just right. And right does he feel. Finished him in summer 2016 and I love all the small details I was able to pack in that just add to the stretched feel of his skin. His head was kinda hard though to get the right shapes and shadows.
