I started on August 7th.
I've had Ed's for years. Idk how long at this point. Also chronic overeater. Distorted body image since I was like 11. Depression and anxiety since then so hard to remember/pinpoint things.
BED mostly, bouts of MIA and ANA mixed in. Not sure where that puts me at this point but currently getting over BED and becoming ANA but this relapse started with purging so the urge is there.

I successfully avoided eating dinner last night bc I had a migraine and my husband didn't even question it. Idk if I'll be able to do that again but it was nice lol. Thinking about doing OMAD but idk. I did successfully fast 24 hours this past weekend. I'm going for it again today.
Made it 24 hours but broke my fast with too much food. Had soup and a salad but got too much chicken and too much dressing. Also got some candy at the store near where I work even tho all I went in for was excedrin migraine.
I just want to go home.
Sometimes I think of Emily from The Devil Wears Prada and her "Paris diet" where she said "I don't eat anything and when I feel like Im going to faint I eat a cube of cheese"
