Conaidefed getting a dog to get me out of the house. Also because I want a dog, Its not just to help me but yeah that's been my thought lately. Like if I had a dog it would force me to get out of the house and take them for walks
Also the last three years in my apartment gave been the only time in my life I've not had a dog in the house so it's been super weird and lonely. It's getting to me.
I also though want a cat really bad bc I love cats and I've never been able to actually own one. Plus cats are smaller and quieter and wouldn't have to go up and down the stairs so I think it would be more fair.
Idk I just want something to cuddle 😭
Sometimes I think of Emily from The Devil Wears Prada and her "Paris diet" where she said "I don't eat anything and when I feel like Im going to faint I eat a cube of cheese"

having 4n4 and d3press'on is literally h4ting myself so much that i want to work out constantly and go on runs, yet feeling bedr'dden and heavy all the time with little energy.
then i hate myself even more for doing nothing all day.
I'm so close to my october goal.
I was trying to wait till the end if the month but I got really paranoid last night and weighed myself. And again this morning bc I prefer mornings. Seeing the weight difference has helped me regain my composure to fast 24 hours. Maybe more. Idk. I might go as long as I can.
