everyone needs to know that @lastedpromise is honestly the best friend anyone could ask for bc lemme tell you- Qbert has been subjected to a lot of fuckery with me and they’re still around lmao.

every time i feel like distancing myself from rp bc of how disheartening it can be, i remember that i met my best friend through it and remind myself that the community isn’t that bad, despite the not so great moments.

always be thankful for the amazing people you meet on here! because sometimes you go through a lot of shitty or not so great people, but for every not so great person you meet, you still have an opportunity to meet someone who will change your life for the better and make your rp experience one to remember and then some!

it’s my niece’s bday today so i’ll be around later! i meant to write yesterday but i was tired and the sims consumed me, so lol

          they’re  newly  weds,  honeymoon  officially  over,  and  vacation  from  work  set  to  finally  be  ending  soon.  they  have  forty-eight  hours  until  their  respectful  shifts,  and  tk  never  thought  he  could  be  happier  to  be  back  in  their  apartment.  mostly  because,  as  much  as  he  loved  to  get  out  and  see  the  world,  he’d  started  feeling  a  little  homesick.  he’d  already  reconnected  with  his  dad,  owen  having  brought  lou  two  home,  but  tk’s  social  meter  was  fried.  he’d  had  enough  social  interaction  to  last  a  life  time  and  the  only  thing  he  wanted  to  do  now  was  spend  the  day  in  bed.  his  bed  that  he  missed  so  much—the  hotel  bed  was  nice,  but  tk  had  missed  the  familiarity  of  his  own.

          well.  that  had  been  the  plan  at  least…until  carlos  had  come  in,  trying  to  get  him  out  of  it.

          that  simply  wouldn’t  do.

          “ babyyy, ”  tk  whined,  voice  partially  muffled  from  his  pillow.  “ can  you  please  just  let  me  sleep  the  day  away ? ”  he  couldn’t  even  blame  the  exhaustion  on  jet-lag  since  they’d  never  even  technically  changed  timezones,  but  after  being  on  the  go  for  a  week,  tk  wanted  to  spend  his  last  bit  of  free  time  doing  absolutely  nothing.

i have most of my starters written for the day, but i'm very tired and cold and wanna go lay in bed and not move for the rest of the night lol
