My parents know that I've been writing for a long time, they read all my short stories and novels (except fanfictions), especially to please me because science fiction and fantasy is not their thing. They do their best to be encouraging, but since these wouldn't be stories they would read for fun, they are often awkward and find my ideas weird! When I was a young author and doubted a lot about my writing, it hurt me, but now I really take it as encouragement.

for writers: do your family (specifically parents) know about your writing & if so are they supportive??

this question is mainly targeted at teenage or young writers / writers living with their parents but is also more general! please let me know as I’m really curious to find out and know whether or not I’m an anomaly. also if your family / friends are supportive of your writing or not!

Currently Reading: Coup de tabac by Terry Pratchett (french version of course, I can’t read Pratchett novels in english yet...). 

Last Song: all albums of Magoyond (french rock with zombies, I am in love)

Last Movie: Terminator 1, 2 and 3, I rewatch them time to time. Lot of action, but great characters too !

Last Series: The Boys. Few points and characters interesting, others points are very weird... 

Sweet, Spicy, or Savory: sweet. I can die for chocolate, and one day I probably will.

Craving: good sleep and time for my projects !

Tea or Coffee: infusions.

Currently Working on: Les Techs 2, the sequel of my first novel. It’s hard.

Au bout de deux ans, mon petit roman est enfin tout fini tout pesé tout emballé !

La vie, c’est pas marrant, surtout quand t’as pas d’argent, que tu vis avec un type qui est beaucoup trop gentil, beaucoup trop distrait et beaucoup trop artiste pour son propre bien, et même si, comparé à sa vie d’avant, pour Arseniy, c’est déjà un progrès, c’est quand même pas le Ritz… Le méprenez pas. Iouri, c’est un amour, mais en dehors des pages de son futur chef d’oeuvre littéraire, il voit pas grand chose. 

Alors quand il rencontre Artiom, qui est beaucoup trop joli pour faire la manche sur les berges du fleuve, Arseny qui s’ennuie quand même un peu décide que tout ça, la littérature, la bohême, la vie, ça sera bien mieux avec un peu de compagnie.

Mais s’il fallait compter sur Arseniy pour toujours faire les bons choix, ça serait bien trop facile, voyez-vous ?

Bref, si vous voulez découvrir l’histoire derrière tooouuuus les dessins de Arseniy, Iouri, Artiom et compagnie, c’est par là !
