So Celebi Is The One That Owes The Child Support!
So Celebi is the one that owes the child support!

Once every ten years? Once every hundred years?
Nah. Every time a celebi passes by
I was watching the Zorua movie and seeing Celebi making flowers bloom made me realize that’s what could cause the mew flowers to bloom so inconsistently and rarely. Since it was theorized by breeders that pokemon eggs appear because a celebi delivers it from the future, perhaps it’s also Celebi that cause the flowers to bloom when no one sees
Celebi must really like Newt

What do you mean Dragon and Akainu toxic yaoi might actually be real
That's why I really love the book 'The Wave' that talks about a real life event when a teacher tried to teach his students about totalitarism and it got way out of hand. It shows well that dangerous slope and how anyone can fall into it.
There's also this French song called né en 17 à leidenstadt that also illustrate that idea in less details because of the format but basically the first lyrics are "If I was born in 17 (1917), in Leidenstadt (not a real place it means city of suffering); in the middle of a battlefields; would I have been better or worse than those people; If I was born German.
The song was written by Jean Jacques Goldman and sung by him, Michael Jones and Carole Fredericks. In the song they also mentions the Irish independence war and the apartheid. What makes it interesting is that Goldman is jewish with a polish father and a German mother, Jones is Franco-welsh and Fredericks was afro American. She was Taj Mahal's sister and she passed away in 2001.
Each one of them sings about a part that concerns them, Goldman sing about the nazis, Jones about north Ireland and Frederick about the rich white peoples in South Africa, each one questioning what they would have done in their shoes. In the third verse they all sing together :
We'll never know what we're made of; hidden behind our appearances; the soul of a brave, an accomplice or an executioner; the worst or the brightest; would we among those that stood up or a sheep following the herd; if more than words was needed
And they the songs loops back to the beginning :
And If I was born in 17 in Leidenstadt; in the ruins of battlefields; would I have been better or worse than those people; If I was born German; But spare us if possible for a long time; to have to pick a side.
The song doesn't forgive the actions of the people they call out, but it also points out that we can't forget they originated in a complicated context and that in their places, they don't know if they would have done the same thing. That's why the song ends on that note about hoping to not end up in a position were they'd have to pick a side. It's a message of hope that such a thing wouldn't happen again, but also a warning to pay attention to what's going on around us.
Anyway love that song.
I hate this wave of media where you can’t depict bigots/alt right/nazis as multifaceted humans rather than just a hollow, evil caricature. Not bc they deserve any sympathy, but because I think it’s important to show that even the worst people are humans, that you’re not going to be able to differentiate them from others at glance or a single conversation. They’re not coming out of the gates with bigoted views most of the time, they start out nice n slowly go down that rabbit hole n most ppl won’t even realise what’s happening until it’s way too deep …… its important to portray them as humans with good and bad qualities like anyone else, with certain subtle dog whistle, so it’s easier to spot them and ppl r more critical when others say weird things n don’t just brush it off as a blunder.
It's almost as if the man that puts allegory in everything took a nuanced approach to describe a real life person and the consequences of their work instead of just saying 'war is bad' like he did for any of his other works because he expect the people watching it to pay attention and think while they do so.
Seriously when did he ever took a straightforward approach to tell a story? He didn't spell out the message in any of this movies, nor did he take a black and white perspective on the subject he approaches. I swear it's like watching Princess Mononoke and say he's pro pollution because the main 'villain' isn't a singing goop monsters like in Ferngully but instead a strong, charismatic and respected woman that's genuinely trying to do what's best for the people under her care. And in Totoro they never go up and tells you oh, by the way, that huge huggable weirdo is the incarnation of death! It's called reading between the lines.
I swear it's to wonder if they even watched a Miyazaki movie before. The guy that wrote Nausicaä, a nationalist/imperialist? Really? Come on guys! Every time there's an army, or a kingdom, or an empire, they always ends up either destroyed or on the wrong side of the story! Okay, a lot of his works are adaptation of some preexisting work (Owl's moving castle is a novel for example) but he's consistently picking work that is at the very least, critical of war and imperialism and armies! There's a pattern here that tends to show that he isn't in fact, a nationalist!

Baffled.

Noooooooooo I’m not ready!
NOOOO my fear... two SSRs for Malleus on January...
Apparently the schedule is that they're releasing Dorm Lilia and Malleus, New Years Sebek Ruggie, Lab Coat Grim (bcs its TWST EN anniversary again)(finally we can level his buddy DUO with Malleus🥳✨), and then Book 7 Chapter 2!!!! 😭😭✨✨✨
There's also Birthday Jacket Lilia and Malleus... January is packed 😭😭💔💔💔 (I just hope the Book 7 update is late-January lol I don't want to be depressed on New Years week lol)
Yes, but with Klapollo it's somehow reversed:
Klavier : Look at all those lives the love of my life saved!
Apollo: I'm about to get married to the guy who tried to send all those people to prison wrongfully.
Wrightworth wedding would be very funny because Phoenix would probably invite a lot of his past clients so he would look out and think “wow, it’s so nice seeing all the lives I saved coming to congratulate me on my happiest day :)” and Miles would think “i tried to wrongly put all of these people in prison”
This also works for Klapollo btw
