Hailing from Washington, D.C, USA, Duke is a boxing teacher who is formerly Von Kaiser's rival when they're both in their prime.

Duke is known for his aggressive, loud-mouthed yet kind personality, especially to the kiddos in his boxing school.

He is also very patriotic man, being very proud of his nationality and country.

Duke and Kaiser will still be rivals outside of the ring, but seen hanging out from time to time when free, even Von Kaiser inviting the American inside the WVBA premises.

Two of Kaiser's students, however, thought these two are somehow exes that meet again. That will be proven wrong, but the students in question still speculate anyways.
