Hi! Can I Ask For What Would Blob Dream Do If The Reader Have A Pet That They Constantly Pay Attention

Hi! Can I ask for what would blob dream do if the reader have a pet that they constantly pay attention to (needs such as plays, food, affection, etc) how would he felt?

Ah yes. My oh so popular blob dream content. Of course I love this ask and loved writing it!

Triggers: jealousy, possessive behavior, blob dream trying to scare pet, mild yandere like behavior.

...Blob Dream...

I am going to make the pet a dog, only because I feel like a rodent really wouldn't bother him, a cat would be completely indifferent, and a fish wouldn't make a difference

And we'll call the dog Minxy.

When you first brought the dog home, Blob thought you were just pet sitting.

Until you sat down with Blob and explained to him that you had a new member of your family.

He was not happy.

In side dream blob's head:

"Hold on! Hold on! Who the hell is this?!"

"(Name)!"

"(Name)?! Why did you bring this thing into our house! This isn't okay!"

Blob squeaked and huffed around in a small circle, telling you all about his complaints.

"Come on Dream.. don't be like that. Minxy will be your company while I'm away at (work/school)."

You tried to reason with your little squishy friend.

But he was having none of this.

Why do you need another member of the family?

Were you not happy with Blob?

What did he need to do to make you more happy?

Least to say, Blob didn't take kindly to his new sibling at first.

AT FIRST!

But soon the next day you had to leave for work.

Blob was still in a salty mood.

He didn't even cuddle with you last night.

To make him even more sour, the dog cuddled with you last night instead of him!

You couldn't find Blob the next morning before you left, so he didn't get his normal goodbye kiss.

You were actually a bit worried, but you couldn't be late to work.

So once you left, Blob came out of hiding and went to give Minxy a piece of his mind!

That was before he was greeted with a wagging tail and wet tongue.

He went to walk up to the dog, but instead of showing aggression (like he expected) Minxy licked him.

Blob was stunned in shock for a moment.

Why did this beast lick him?

Didn't it share the same mutual feeling of hatred towards him?

Minxy laid down to sniff Blob, and licked the small white creature again.

Blob felt his heart ache…(or something like that...if he even has a heart).

It wasn't long before Blob tried playing with his new companion.

He would waddle and hop around the house as Minxy trotted after him.

They attempted to play tug of war, but Blob was just flung everywhere.

They also played an exciting game of hide and seek!

Blob was having a blast!

He was having so much fun, the hours seemed to fly by.

But… It was about 10 minutes before you got home, and Minxy started to do the oddest thing to Blob.

Minxy began to sing...but very terribly.

But it was also lovely to hear, in other words.

Minxy was howling, and so Blob decided to join.

Least to say, when you came home and to your door, it sounded like a dog and squeaky toy were being killed.

Once you unlocked the door, they both stopped.

Your eyes lit up once you saw Blob.

You scooped him up into your arms, and hugged him close.

He was also happy.

Later that night, all three of you cuddled in bed.

Blob was on your shoulder, and Minxy was on your side.

And this is how every day would be.

When you come home, you would be greeted with a dying dog and squeaky toy, and it was great.

Of course Blob would still be jealous every now and then.

But that's easily fixable with just you carrying him around.

In short: Blob won't be for the idea at all in the beginning. And depending on the pet and how they act, it could take little Blob a lot longer to get used to the pet. So I would recommend talking to blob before you get a pet. And reassure Blob that he is still going to be loved and you will still give him your attention.

I partially agree with X anon, Blob Dream is very cute and squishy, 10/10 would cuddle. However the little shit would also find a way to keep your attention on him 24/7, no exceptions.

Overall very interesting as a yandere since while he couldn’t do any physical damage, he could find ways to ruin your life other ways so that you have more time to spend with him/only have him to turn to for comfort. A bit of a strange thought but I feel like if you saved him/caught his attention in some way but didn’t take him home with you (which why would you do that, he’s an adorable little blob), he woud follow you around and carefully stalk you or appear where you go to try and catch your attention and take him home. Sort of in a “Oh, this strange plush-thing keeps showing up, maybe I should take a closer look” and before you know it, he’s in your home and stealing your affection (and other things). Another strange thing is that I feel like he would do is make a nest-like area out of stolen clothes and trinkets from your room, and if he’s feeling particularly sad and can’t see you for some reason he would bury himself in that nest to try and keep a bit of you nearby. He would also 100% be rubbing himself on you when he could, even though he’s tiny and you’re much bigger than him, and this behaviour would happen more often if you’ve been seeing a potential romantic partner.

In conclusion: you’d need to be careful around yandere Blob Dream, but not too careful. You won’t be in danger, but give him the love and affection he needs, don’t see anyone else romantically and take care of him, and your life should be fine. Can you tell I like the little blob?

Wow...that was hella fun to read. But yes, I can see him making a little nest. But something funny just entered my mind- I know I don't do NSFW but, like. I just imagine blob doesn't have any sexual tendencies/desires and doesn't really understand all that. But like, just image him getting his hands on like a pair of underwear, and he has that as one of the more main parts of his nest. For the only reason it smells most like you. Like just-
