If I cared about a yandere I... honestly wouldn't be that interesting. I'd fall a little too quickly into a headspace of "I would do literally anything for you", and it's only so long after that that not even horrible treatment from them could knock me out of it. I think the most interesting route would be with Techno, because I know I'd get curious about what the voices were saying after a while, and after that... well, I wouldn't be trying to please only one person anymore. (Ace Anon)

Honestly. Techno is one of the more dangerous yandere, specifically because of the voices. He rarely ever shares their opinion with you, no matter how much you ask. He'll likely just brush you off. But he can get annoyed easily, and will likely Lock you away for a little bit if you annoy him too much with asking.

This is a little strange, but working on that list of other DSMP characters as yanderes has made me realise there’s a certain charm to platonic yanderes.

Like, to have someone as their darling, but not in a romantic way, there could be so many reasons for them to be that way. I find them very interesting, no clue if this says anything anout me-

As someone who could honestly realistically end up a platonic yandere themselves, I can confirm that romantic yandere would need a lot of advantages to not end up dead eventually, and platonic probably wouldn't be the one responsible. At least, if it were me caught in the middle. Don't know how Crown Anon would end up, or who they would favor. (Ace Anon)

Yeah, but you also have to remember, your wouldn't have a life with either of these yanderes.

Have an interesting concept: catching the interest of both a romantic and platonic yandere.

The platonic yandere’s looking out for your best interest, how do they know that you’ll be happy with a partner? They could hurt you! You could be super unhappy in a relationship, maybe you’re not interested in the romantic yandere! They wouldn’t be your friend if they let someone make you unhappy

The romantic yandere, however, most likely sees the other as a threat. How do they know that you’re not being influenced into leaving them by your friend? They’re keeping you from someone who’ll actually keep you safe, someone who’ll make sure you’re happy! Are they forcing you to be their friend? Don’t worry, you won’t be stuck with them for long…

Of course, the only way it could be worse is if they worked together to keep you “safe”. Why would you need anyone else when they can give you all you need? If you just let them, they’d make everything better for you… you won’t need to leave for anything, ever. You’re stuck with the two of them now, whether you like it or not.

Right so, Romantic would hate platonic. And vise versa. They want you for themselves. Romantic wants to hide you away from the world, while platonic wants to be your only friend and explore the world with you. But what if you are stuck with both of them?

Prepare for a petty war. And constant yelling.

If you are hanging out with both, Romantic will have to have their arm around you in some way, and you'll have to be looking at platonic the entire time. Honestly it will feel like a game of human tug of war, and you are the rope.

But this won't last to long, one will eventually be killed.
