Why do people hate on Brackendra’s age difference? Gavin/Navarog and Verl all have THE SAME AGE DIFFERNCE! So why is a problem with Bracken, and not anyone else?

Kendra wrote this in the Caretaker's guide to Fablehaven 😭 how adorable isn't this???
Just imagine the Sorensons getting tired of Bracken and Vanessa’s constant bickering, and dumping them in the middle of the woods together to work it out without casualties.
Maybe some trouble then happens, and they have to work together to get back to Fablehaven. And come to accept/trust each other.
