Time spent writing

When deciding to spend one hour writing, time is usually divided up into the following:

5 minutes plotting

15 minutes research

10 minutes eating/drinking

10 minutes mooching (checking social media, going to the loo, anything other than what your are supposed to be doing)

20 minutes writing
