Why can't Danny's friends and family come back as ghosts after they croak? I've read multiple fanfics where they die and just don't get to come back in the ghosts zone

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy seeing the ghost child go through several layers of angst and pain, but shouldn't his friends and family come back as ghosts? I've seen headcanons that claim Amity Park has high levels of ecto energy and that's why there's so many ghosts and why it's so common people who die turn into one. So, shouldn't they also be able to come back as one?

Imagine the humor potential there. Resident ghost hunters jack and Maddie now have their world's flipped as they now realize "oh fuck. We ghosts now. What do?". Or perhaps they're weirdly into it and begin delving deep into ghost research as ghosts

Danny won't have to worry about hiding his ghost identity because his family are ghosts now, so he probably won't have to worry about being vivisected. Plus, he probably won't turn into Dan as he still technically has a family, minus the pulse and flesh

i like to think that batblob ups the creepy cryptid antics around the uninitiated just to freak them out.

like dick, jason, alfred, they're all used to his general weirdness, but when superman comes to the batcave and meets the batblob for the first time, that's when the real tomfuckery begins.

at first, superman doesn't see anything too out of the ordinary, considering that this is batman we're talking about. he is, however, caught off guard when batman just sorta melts out of his chair and slithers towards him like some sort of slime monster to introduce himself.

and things only get weirder from there. nightwing is just casually chatting with superman as batblob moves along his neck and shoulders like a python. for some reason, superman finds that batblob has almost octopus level elasticity as he can squeeze himself through just about anything. alfred brings out a bag of shredded cheese for batblob, who just sort of absorbs it into his body and continues working.

superman later grows to love batblob's inherent creature tendencies, but that first day weirded him out quite a bit.

Ingo hears the rumbles of something massive and metal rushing through the underground caves. It sounds somewhat familiar.
