He would give you a very flustering compliment, and then make fun of you for being red. He seemed more flirty than teasing and that was scaring you.

╰┈➤Until one of your friends pointed out how he reacted when you told him you got confessed to. He was… mad? He warned you about that guy, about how he was plain stupid and very unkind. Of course, those weren’t lies, just a very stretched truth. Your friends told you that if he was really your friend, he would encourage you to do what you want.

╰┈➤As a joke, another friend said, “maybe he likes you and is just being possessive.” That scared you and got you thinking. Suddenly, everything fell into place. The protectiveness, the warning about the guy… Rin doesn’t want you to date anyone because he wants you to date him.
