Estou me sentindo mal. Meu humor virou de uma forma tão brusca, eu tenho momentos felizes no dia, mas no próximo segundo já sinto a tristeza bater. Às vezes eu acho que tenho tristezas diferentes e no momento estou vivendo aquela que te faz querer ficar de cabeça baixa todo o tempo. Sinto o peso no corpo toda a cada passo, a cada respiração. Eu nunca sei quando ela vai embora e eu vou voltar a ter o meu ânimo de volta. Não sou uma pessoa super pro ativa, mas sinto que eu empurro os meus sentimentos, as minhas questões e emoções até que chegue o momento em que estou paralisada. Paralisada o tempo inteiro, sem vontade, sem forças. Não consigo lidar com o que me trouxe até aqui e nem forças para lutar e voltar ao 'básico'. Corrói por dentro estar nessa situação e não saber como melhorar.
As minhas madrugadas estão sendo tão difíceis.
