Just so you all realize and see it in action:

This fic was finished in 2015 and the author hadn't had a comment since 2016. They appreciated the comment even though it was just emoji hearts, they were happy and surprised to receive love on their older fic.

Don't stop commenting just because it's an old piece or because you think you can't come up with something smart, witty or thoughtful to say.

Olivia Anderson had everything some could only dream of. A house by the lake, married to the man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with and a best friend she had known since she was a child. Her marriage was worth giving up the hectic life in the city and moving somewhere quiet, after all, the Andersons needed more space for their own future family because the unlikely couple wanted at least two or three children. But the peace began to crumble after Olivia lost their first child. Both deeply immersed in their grief, this one fate changed Hugh significantly more than his wife. The loving, caring husband became a bitter, grief-stricken prick. Ultimately, Hugh crossed boundaries, physically hurting his wife, that could cost him his marriage. Only when he clearly went too far did he realize that he needed help if he didn't want to lose Olivia. Could he ever regain Olivia's trust? Hugh didn't know, but he would literally die for that woman and all he so desperately wanted was to come back home and get his life and his old self back.
