It's fabulous to read English fanfictions, because English become "international", but I'm so happy when I can find French stories about my fandoms. I'm proud to write in french. I know, it's often made me alone but I don't care. I love to write in french and post AO3 after.

If you enjoy watching two men with black cat/golden retriever energy(and not in the order you'd assuume) behave like a bickering, old married couple while simultaneously calling each other 'babe', telling each other they love them all the time, and kicking ass, I've got a show for you. Seriously, you don't even need subtext with these two, they're just blatantly in love with each other and everyone and their mother knows it.

I've fallen down a new rabbit hole. I was looking for a new show to watch and decided to give Hawaii Five-0 a shot finally because I've seen some overlapping appreciation in the Buddie, Destiel, and One Chicago Fandoms. And damn, this did not disappoint. How are more people not completely insane over McDanno??????

Personally, I didn't watch before now because even though I enjoyed MacGyver for a while, I didn't want another overdramatic procedural show filled with outlandish action scenes and bad CGI done by CBS. Cop shows are a dime a dozen now, and nothing about it really stuck out to me. But man, I was wrong.

I was thoroughly impressed by the first season. Between the chemistry between Steve and Danny, the amazing fight scenes that are better than most blockbusters, and their focus on character stories, I was hooked faster than ever.

And while the writing went down hill towards the end just like with most shows(I guess there was a lot going on bts and people were unhappy, I don't know much) and we didn't get the ending we wanted, it's still worth the watch. Besides, this is the perfect recipe for more and better fanfiction to be written in my opinion, when viewers are left unsatisfied.

Anyway, I know the shows a few years old now and the fandom's probably pretty quiet, I'd like to recommend this to any of the Buddie, Destiel, Sevasey, Sterek, etc shippers. There's probably other fandoms and ships similar to these that would enjoy McDanno too, but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Basically, two guys working together with 'old married couple' energy and an unprecedented number nom-platonic interactions. These two are the worst I've ever seen in the best way.

So if I can share this with even just one person, I'll be happy, because this is so amazing to watch after living off of scraps on shows like 911 and Supernatural.

H5O : Episode 22, season 1, I need complain

I don't understand… each time Danny see a (sexy?) women, all gang Ohana make a tuf, like Danny is a "sexbeast" who rushes at every pair of breasts he sees. He isn't, thank you well!

The first time he sees Kono, he just asked if she's Chin's cousine. Ok. No words about sexiness or her appearance, and Chin plays big brother immediately, like a joke to begin the show pilot.

Look, we have a "sexy" and BAMF girl in our show team. Yeh! Power feminine! We make like we write good stuff for women actresses.

But Danny don't look at Kono like a steak, okay. Just "oh, new rookie is good for surfing".

Sorry, but I'm angry after this episode and Danny's treatment.

And the woman characterization is not often a gift in this show. Like they're just here to persuade us about alpha male power to Steve (and others). I digress.

Yes, Kono is pretty. And Danny don't act like a fricking cad. At no time. In all episode until this one. Final Point.

After, when Steve and he wear tuxedo, we see Danny react about girls and muscle car but, in fact, we don't know his react is for women or the car. He has a Camaro for God sake. He reacts so much to the McGarrett's Marquis because he has so many opinions about cars (and everything).

Why Chin and Kono react like that?

Steve, I guess we can look at him like jealousy (not only Danno can be jealous, is he?) however, sorry, but Danny isn't not a real flirter except with McGarrett because I don't know how call it their "arguing".

We don't see Danny to flirt with any suspect women, why scripter writing like he's a player? I'm angry, it's like PL tries to argue so much about Steve and Danny's heterosexuality, before with Steve and Catherine's relationship, and after Danny who is a "womanizer"… ??? Why? So we don't ship them?

He's a cop. He's professional each time, he's the "reason" voice for Steve! And Kono. (Okay, he tries) He always has his tie, for God Sake!!! He's his identity: father / cop / brother / son. He wants to make a better world. That's important for him.

His divorce has one year only. He was burn by Rachel! He doesn't run after women. He doesn't have a new girl in his bed at each episode! (That's The Sentinel... the 2 principal protagonist have new woman all one or two episodes.)

Sorry, I'm not a happy woman for the moment. So, I don't understand this "act" in episode 22, season 1.

And the episode 22 is the second episode (episode 21 is also about a cop great father, you see the parallel with McGarrett father?), with a father who (so called) do everything for his child… (you can see me to roll my eyes?) But you know, it's too late.

Excuse-me, how can I have empathy for the photographer? It's a cad and ass. To raise a child isn't only about money. I don't like how Steve tries to make feeling guilty Amy/Pauline.

Ok, Renny has regrets, perfect. Regrets and money don't transform him in a good parent or man, this guy is the womanizer of this episode, not Danny!

Six months ago, after his last break up, he's immediately in couple with another mannequin (who find her by his job… harassement sexual anybody?) and has time to have her pregnant. WOW! Fabulous.

And Pauline's feelings are not less important than regrets have Renny. And you know, he makes a trust in a testament for his daughter but not for the future new child. This Baby'll get nothing. And the mother, like Pauline's mother, too.

Amy/ pauline has pain too. She was an abandoned child by her father. I don't agree with murder but… I dont think Steve doesn't need to bring her any more pain and judgement.

All that's because he needs to believe his father did his choices about to keep out his children for protection, he projects?

Protection of J. McGarrett = not call or see his children for 10 years???

To raise up is about care, love, for being present, here of by call or other ways. McGarrett gave up his children to resolve different cas, disparition of his wife and after, others cas (about Wo fat?) but he chooses to be cop, not father.

He's the total opposite of Danny.

It's like PL need us to believe John McGarrett is a good parent, or Steve need to believe it. So many problems from abandonment. I want cry because Steve tries to find good in this, but John and Doris were just selfish with their several reasons.

About Kono and Charlie Fong… well, cute time, perhaps. Kono tries to remember her first kiss. Woohoo. Second attempt to set Kono up in a relationship. Where did Ben go?

Ok, Steve, Danny and he are friends now? WOW… How? When? Where? It's me or the plot has holes as big as Hawaiian craters?

Where's Hawaiian shirt of Chin? Where? I don't watch his hawaiian shirts for few last episodes! Just stupid henley. Why? WHY???

I love Chin in Hawaiian shirt. Like Magnum (Tom Selleck). I need him in beautiful, colored, tropical shirt!!! We need it!

Also, poor Chin. A whump moment for him. Yeh! Create more problems for future episodes!

I'm not happy, Danny is my favorite. He's my grumpy and softly bear. I'm not happy. He's not Casanova. He doesn't run after women like Coyote after Road Runner.

The only reason I can accept that if Steve is jealous and Kono and Chin are overprotective about Steve.

I want to read about fix-it fanfics now. With Jealous!Steve.

La deuxième case que j'ai remplie. Toujours écrit en français.

Attention, personnage rare à priori, il n'a même pas de TAG sur AO3! 😶😮😐😑😃😄 Allez Sang-Min, je pense à toi !

Voilà donc la deuxième oeuvre que m'inspire le bingo. Avec un peu de retard sur mon planning, je voulais poster avant-hier soir mais je me suis littéralement endormie sur mon ordinateur.

Et j'ai passé la journée d'hier à courir faire des courses et des choses de maman et des trucs d'institutrice en vacances (c'est à dire passer à l'école, récupérer des cahiers à corriger alors qu'il ne pleut littéralement pas des cordes qui pourrait ruiner les dit-cahiers, et faire le point avec ma directrice sur des actions à mettre en place pour certains de mes élèves au retour des petites vacances, puis gérer le potager de mes dit-élèves parce que les semis de choux de chine, de pastèques et de salades entre autres, eh bien ça ne s'arrose pas tout seul, malheureusement !)

Et honnêtement, quand je suis fatiguée, corriger les fautes d'orthographe et les tournures de phrases ce n'est pas dans mon top 10 des choses que j'ai envie. Surtout quand le benjamin joue au koala d'amour parce que son frère fait une pyjama partie sans lui.

Voilà. L'objectif c'est de remplir au moins une ligne verticale.
