I Need To Stop Letting Non-mentally Ill (and Mentally Ill!) People Make Me Feel Bad For Using Communities

I need to stop letting non-mentally ill (and mentally ill!) people make me feel bad for using communities like Menhera, jirai , traumacore etc.

The idea that these things are just communities filled with non-mentally ill people that romantise mental illness makes me so mad. It just dismisses the idea that people cope differently and that mentally ill people don't always act the way society BELIEVES they should act.

So many people use these spaces to cope with trauma, especially childhood trauma. Wow, you just said someone online is faking their experiences because you found the way they expressed it cringy. Thanks for the mental illness awareness!1!1!!

Even mentally ill people try to make others feel bad just because they don't cope the same way.

These communities make me happy because I can finally see myself in others, I'm not alone in the way that I feel. I've spent so many years feeling like this stuff only happens to my stupid self. I love these spaces and the people in it. I finally found a place to express my pains without anxiety :)

I love landmineblr because we all give eachother attention when we desperately need it and reassure eachother and relate to one another omg you guys are the best. I luv you guys. I love youuouoyu
