okay I'm sure that there have been polls about this before, but @briggonsnow and I were just talking about what subjects were what colors for us in school (as in, you always buy the same color binder/notebook/folder for certain subjects) and discovered we had the exact same ones - math is red, blue is social studies, green is english, yellow is science, purple is elective/other.
