do something kind and out of the blue to make someone happy.
work out or meet with friends even though you have no energy to.
calm yourself down when your thoughts race.
remember to drink water.
donât dwell on things you canât control.
do things good for yourself, even though you have no motivation.
tell yourself that youâre growing from this, and you wonât feel like this forever.
Thereâs a lot of pressure for your looks and your life to look a certain kind of âperfectâ way. But life is so much more beautiful because itâs imperfect! I hope little penguin and little pear can help remind you of this fact. đ
