Ive always felt weirdly about my personal identity. It was always hard for me to describe (mainly because my bpd)
Every time someone would ask me who i am or to describe myself I would always go for an opinion i think would make people around me happy.
So when I finally feel like i know something for sure about myself i fell like i have to cling onto it even if it isn’t exactly true.
But I’ve found something that makes this easier, thats relating to characters in fiction
It makes it easier to describe how i feel, and how i talk about myself, because often i can pick apart the tropes, and traits these characters fit. Making it easier to put myself into these tropes, and traits.
Idk i wanted to post about it because it really helps me, and I thought people could relate lol
