In Dune the desert, lack of water and war doesn’t scare me as much as the worm riding. Imagine the sheer performance anxiety of being a Fremen every time you have to call the desert uber

I think an under-discussed reason why so much of the internet completely lost its mind after 10/7 is because antisemitism functions differently than other prejudices. Conspiracy theories are closely linked to antisemitism in a way that's not really the case for bigotry against other groups, so morons online very, very easily jumped into Q-anon style thinking when it became both socially acceptable and considered a moral imperative to hate Jews in dipshit zoomer and social justice spaces. They accelerated their radicalization by lapping up the conspiracy theories heavily tied to the antisemitic tropes they were already reblogging. Half a year of antisemitism and conspiracy theories melts your brain, which is why some young leftists are now as unhinged and unrecognizable post-radicalization as someone’s boomer Q-anon uncle.
6 months of protests against a coffee company because people think it funds a foreign military is the kind of crazy stupidity that got people believing a pizza shop was a front for pedophiles
Idk about conspiracy theories or stuffs but internet is free and you search the name who owns majority of the companies share and you will find that it’s an Israeli💁🏻♀️ don’t people what people tells you but believe the data and the reports that is literally available for free 24x7. Have a good day
Dune: Part Two (2024) dir. Denis Villeneuve Zoolander (2001) dir. Ben Stiller
just remembered that chani was forced to revive her lover from the dead… like she hated this prophecy her entire life and then she was compelled to make it happen against her will. she lost the paul she loved because he died in that moment, and what came back she now feels personally responsible for even if it wasn’t really her fault. the guilt? over both the fact she ressurected him and the secret relief she has (that she hates) that he’s back. like she probably has guilt that any part of her loves him still, enough to be relieved he’s alive despite the horrific consequences
