I NEED A RACCOON OR A FOX AS MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL

My therapist listened and made a list why I ended up being what I am today:

1. Did not process my first heart break ever at the age of 16.

2. Did not reach out to anyone in my family after my father’s death.

3. Did not consolidate or grief properly when my child hood best friend committed suicide.

4. Never had a real family even after having good parents.

5. Victim of severe sexual harassment and assault at the age of 15, could not say it out loud as it would ruin the family’s reputation.

6. Cause of distress due to lack of assurance which needs to be fixed as constant reassurance is not good for mind.

7. Never opened up to anyone in regards of self harm.

8. The constant duality of going from one person to another in belief things would be different as that is how my past taught me that keeping yourself above to hurt others will benefit you. FYI it didn’t benefit I know it got ruined as it ruined me the most.

9. The recent feud with my current ex boyfriend whiplashed the unresolved issues within me causing a distress in both self harm and pro nicotine addiction, which caused in serious condition to attachment issues and why we broke up in the first place.

10. Due to drastic change in hormonal imbalances after abortion has made huge impact causing PTSD which was never talked about.
