SIM STATE UNIVERSITY (Sims 3) 

I was asked if I could share my re-creation of  Sim State University, one of the Uni town in the Sims 2 , so here it is.

I hadn’t played it in a while so it took more time than expected to have it ready for download. Plus once it was ready, it occurred to me that it might get a bit confusing and that I had to explain HOW I play it as a uni town in a main world.

So … If you’re interested in knowing more about how I play the world, I added more info in the readme files and made an intro video, available => HERE

I also added an unpopulated save file with different SHELLS of buildings (pics above) to give you a head start in building the town.

That world hasn’t been tested by anyone else and on any other computer than mine. Please let me know if you encounter any issue.

How To Guess Someone’s Sign

(based on appearance/ rising sign, dominant sign,dominant planets and planets in the first house will also have an effect on the appearance)

Hair is voluminous, thick and shiny  The face shape could be described as that of a lion Usually slim Moves in an elegant manner Teeth are large Appearance stays youthful as they continue to age A warm, nurturing aura Surrounded by an air of confidence and control

VIRGO:

Fine, elegant features Their eyes show just how grounded they are The mouth is small and sensual The hair is big and well taken care of Tends to appear younger than actually is Graceful body

LIBRA:

Serene and calm beauty Venusian type of body even if slim they can look plump  Glowing skin Hella good hair Heart shaped face Great taste in clothes Gentle aura that demands attention

SCORPIO:

Prominent nose, can be Roman They have an amazing profile Eyes are sharp and dark even if they’re blue or green, it’s as if they can see all of your darkest secrets (they probably do though) Usually found wearing black If you see them smiling then it’s real Dusky complexion Dark silky hair Long fingers

Ethereal presence The eyes are soft it’s as if their lost in a whole other world Graceful and soft bodies Charming laugh  Lovely smiles Feet are often tiny OR big
