I actually drew similar thing before( repost this drawing here)

Their name are Order & Chaos

I did have some ideas for this version .

Basically in this version (Dark au maybe?) , Walter never meet his teacher Kettle , he grown up to be just like his dad that cold and cruel .His eyes are actual sapphire crystal.

Devil tricked Utena turn her into a demon to works for him.

One day they meet , and somehow they like to stick together all the time.Years later they have Evil & Vile.

Hc for caged bird song au : Cuphead brings Chalice stories of famous princess fairy tales from the library and she absolutely adores them and reads some of them to the kids in the orphanage and if there are songs in the book she tries to sings them when the penguin ladies aren't there.

I absolutely love this so much.

But he’d definitely do that after finding out they don’t have a lot of books. He’d bring more than one and sometimes even small toys for them to play with.

What are Walter and Utena's cards like i know that they are hearts and clubs but are they numbers or a queen or a jack etc...

Utena is Ace of Hearts

what is the card symbols for Christine and Teacup and another question (sorry for the bother) but how does Christine look like in the waiter uniform (like Cuphead and Mugman)

Christine's and Teacup's card symbols are both hearts. Christine's being Ace of Hearts specifically and Teacup's being 5 of Hearts.

Also Christine does not have a waiter uniform. She does not work as a waiter in the Casino. She's an assassin. As an assassin, its her duty to not stand out and blend in with the crowd, thus seeming like a regular guest in the Casino. No one would be too suspicious.
