Ya think that when Vanessa said that there was no record of Gregory that she meant there’s no record of him in the Pizzaplex guest files? It’s implied that customers can/have to register themselves to access certain and/or all locations/areas/activities within the Plex. Seems more likely than her somehow getting access to legal documents from the local town/city hall or something. It also explains why Freddy didn’t find Gregory in the guest profiles.
