- this hot take is about.. my take on WCKD

Ok this can go many ways. So I'm gonna make this 3 sections. Good, and Bad. Since the opinion of WCKD being one of them is all over. Mostly the opinion everyone is on is Evil (bad) so I'll say my side. Agree or not, I am doing this because someone ( @zer0brainc3lls ) wants this. So enjoy my hot take!!

Alright let's start good:

Ok what's good about WCKD is that they are getting the cure to the flare, Ava loved four specials (Thomas, Teresa, Aris and Rachel). She did everything in Fever Code to try to make them have a good childhood but make them not escape WCKD, but like WCKD at the same time. They tried to save humanity but it didn't work, it made it worse. That's all for good, lets go to bad.

This might be the longest, bad:

Ok for bad, I'm going timeline order (No Kill Order, and Death Cure book).

Fever Code: we learn flare was man made as a weapon, (kinda bad), they traumatized 4 times, Minho and Gally for escaping, the Grievers are made out of TANKS so they can't be killed easily (tf?!) and the swipe pressure.

Maze Runner (m/b): Grievers killed Gladers, making trauma for them. Newt (movie), tried suicide, and Minho helped him not to do it. Gally tried suicide as well (I think? Like it's in Fever Code). The Thomas hot take. (It explains deaths).

Scotch Trails (m/b): Minho gets almost killed by lightning, Thomas gets kissed by Teresa but she cheats on him with Aris because of WCKD stuff, it gave the Gladers trust issues, and made Teresa a threat (thank god). Winston does suicide (movie).

Death Cure (m): Kidnapped Minho, traumatizing him, and trying to kill him by removing blood. Newt and Teresa died in a horrible way, traumatizeing them. (It's semi WCKD fault) Janson chasing Teresa and Thomas telling them it's ok, was traumatizing. Bigger trust issues now and last but not least, Thomas being the cure and he couldn't save Newt ...

it's about he's underratedness, aka he's trama, hows he's is in the movies versus the books, and some other stuff! ❤️ it's about how he should get more attention. 🙌

1 - he's 👏 f***ing 👏trama!

Ok how many times have I seen this man JUST GET TRUAMA!!? he gets almost killed by Grievers by WCKD as a punishment in Fever Code, he goes in the maze daily for three years in Maze Runner, he gets electrocuted by lightning in Scotch Trials, in the movies he saw Winston do sui****, in Death Cure he saw Newt death, (hes best friend who has been with him for 3+ years), and Teresas sacrifice to Thomas

Give 👏 my 👏 guy 👏 therapy.

2 - personality in the movies vs books

In the movies he's seen as someone who changed the game in Maze Runner by making Thomas a runner, a hot ass man (IM SORRY HE IS <33), a tough guy who protects Newt and others. Noting much because he doesn't get much screen time. Aka it was a waste of he's character in the movies.

In the books however he's sassy, sarcastic, has a tough build from he's trama and is more life like unlike the movies, when he explained Thomas in the Maze in the gathering, he was more defensive to anyone who said no to he's opinion that he should be a keeper or runner. In Fever Code he literally trys to escape because he knew that WCKD was not safe, aka it showed that he was quick to think. That makes he's character interesting.

3 - he's abilities (ITS UNDERRATED)

Ok he was a quick to thinker, I swear the moment Chuck was shot, he threw. Not to mention he remembers THE ENTIRE MAZE!. Beat for beat, ask this man for your passwords, he remembers. That's how good of a memory he has. I'm jealous man 😭.

First one aka the Crank, the best British boy in tmr, NEWT!

He's a the GOLDEN RETRIEVER OF TMR, FUCKING THE BEST BOY!!! (just like N) He even sacrifice himself so Minho and Thomas can live, best BOY EVER! DATE ME ❤️❤️ wait too fair -

Overall - 9.5/10 best British boy 😙👍

Second, the main character of TMR: Thomas

Ok man is also hot like Newt, he's fine, also but it didn't change my rant about him being responsible for some stuff (in my previous rants I talked about him, so check it so it makes sense) anyways, he's good but bad, BUT A SIMPPP A SIMP BRO FOR TERESA!!

overall - 6/10 main character good turn bad 😀

Best for last, MINHO MY BIAS ❤️😙👍

Ok my guy is gonna be a FUCKIN GOOD BOYFRIEND NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT, here's how: he's hot like the other two, MAN FUCK THAT. HES BURNING 🥵 but he's also a protective person, he protects Newt and Thomas like bitch, SLAY 🙌😘 my man frrr

Overall - 10/10 MY BITCH ❤️😙👍
