“I’m looking for some clothes for the lady of the house. Hers were destroyed so I was sent to fetch some new threads for her.” The fox said, making sure that his tail and ears were hidden from view, thanks to his magic fox fire.

He noticed a strange smell from her but quickly dismissed it. She was a human, that he could tell from her.

✿— “The lady of the house?” Was he from a prestigious family like the Sohma’s then? She blinked a few times before clapping her hands together and beaming, happy to have been left to watch over the shop in Ayame’s absence. Mine had no doubt that the snake was hanging out with Hatori or Shigure today--- maybe even his younger brother Yuki. “Of course! Was there anything in particular you were looking forward or would you like something custom made? I just got a new shipment in of fabric if you’d like to have a peek!”

⊰ ♞ ⊱ —— The sheer delight on the maid’s features embarrassed the absolute hell out of him. His body flushed at just how proud she was of him for his lewd little comment- in truth, it had just slipped out. He supposed that was what would happen when one spent too much time around the force of utter sexuality that was Mine Kuramae. “Don’t… Do not look so pleased with yourself, I was merely joking. It was a tasteless joke, at that. Don’t say such vulgar things about me, what if my staff were to hear you say that? My reputation would be ruined.”

✿— Mine couldn’t help but giggle, wiggling a little bit in place before pausing just long enough to imagine the look on some of his staff’s faces. She blinked before a sly grin began to form, the seamstress turning just enough to side-eye the other with a mischievous glint. “I could name quite a few who would love to hear what we say to one another--- and more.” With a hum she trotted back over to the other, stepping around him and pushing some of the paperwork back before taking a seat directly on his desk so that he had no choice but to direct his attention to her. “And don’t apologize, I actually like hearing what you have to say~”

“What are you fussing about?” Ayame chirped at the seamstress from his own machine across the room. The never ending drum of his sewing machine had quieted as he peeked over to Mine. It was fairly late already, and without realizing it the two of them had worked to nearly midnight.

✿— Mine looked up from the assortment of thread she had lain out, sighing and gathering everything up before standing up and trotting over to Ayame. “Tohru trusted me to help make her dress for the upcoming dance, and I want it to be perfect.” She set the spindles of thread down on the table before curiously peeking at what the other was working on. “Is that Tuesday’s order?”

✿— Mine paused as she looked at the clock, blinking a few times before realizing that it was rather late. Had she eaten yet today? She wrinkled her nose in thought before pushing her chair back and standing, stretching, and looking around for the shop keys to go and get some groceries for dinner.

It’s that time again to appreciate all of the lovely followers that have made my experience on chivalry nerd memorable ! I honestly cannot thank any of you enough . Since the last appreciation post, I’ve had the great pleasure of making some more friends in the Fate/type-moon fandom, as well as others outside of the fandom . Despite ups and downs, it’s been incredibly fun, and I’m thrilled to see the new and old faces that have given Diarmuid love . As one who can be constantly insecure on their portrayal over all, you’ve all showered me with support and kind words despite my faults . I could not ask for a more incredible group of people . You’re all beautiful, amazing, and downright hilarious . Thank you so much for sticking around and being amazing ! I do wish I could include everyone on here, but sadly, the list would be incredibly overwhelming . As always, know that whether you are on here or not, you still have my love and appreciation . ❤︎
