I recently tried to recover so this post is just gonna be things to help me get control again
✨DIET✨
Mon:250cals
Tue:200cals
Wed:300cals
Thur:400cals
Fri:0-150cals
Sat:450cals

Rules:
Drink 4 cups of water/very diluted squash for breakfast and 2 cups of tea
Only eat Lunch (at 11am-1pm)
Only have healthy foods.no chocolate even if it fits in the limit
The only cereal aloud is weetabix because you cannot measure the rest
Make most of your diet vegetables or high in protein quorn
Intermittent fasting!!!
Do a food log on tumblr every day to keep on track

Walk for an hour and a half every day (go to the beach or something)
Exercise for around 30 minutes a day
In the morning:
100 crunches
100 side leg lifts
100 bicycle crunches
2 minutes of laying cycling/wall sit/plank
Repeat for 5-10mins
After lunch
200 crunches
100 side leg lifts
59 front leg lifts
150 bicycle crunches
1 minutes of laying cycling/wall sit/plank
Repeat for 10-20mins
In the evening
150 crunches
150 side leg lifts
100 bicycle crunches
50 crunches
3 minutes of laying cycling/wall sit/plank
Repeat for 5-15mins

i saw my reflection in the mirror today
so i’ve been on a binge this past week and i hate myself for it, i feel so fucking disgusting and i hate it and i just want to rip my whole body off. i can’t take it i feel so wrong. but then, a little bit ago, i was walking down the hall and i noticed my reflection in the mirror. i look huge. it kind of hit me then and i went straight to the bathroom where i looked at myself for a minute before kinda taking a step back and telling myself to stop. i literally looked at my reflection, made this face of disgust and told myself to stop. over and over again. i know im probably not explaining it properly but i just felt and looked so fucking sick and tired of my bullshit. now i have this different, deep-rooted sort of motivation. if i don’t start now, i will never start and i’ll never get where i want to get, i’ll stay here forever and i’ll hate myself forever. i’ve been doing amazing, i lost weight, and i have to keep it up if i want to be happy.
sorry for rambling i just needed to get this out somewhere because, while it may not seem important, it was a pretty powerful moment for me
