all of ingo's hisuian pokemon are named after thomas the tank engine characters. gliscor is thomas, machamp is toby, and so on.

now, ingo doesn't remember where these names came from. when he thinks about it really hard, he vaguely recalls hearing stories of these figures when he was a child. he doesn't remember the contents, but he knows that he loved those stories and looked up to the characters.

he comes to the conclusion that they must be folkloric heroes from his homeland. he was probably raised on legends about them, and these legends inspired him. the pearl clan members who he tells about this agree. that makes sense! they wonder what these stories were about, what feats these heroes accomplished.

...ingo gets back to unova. he addresses gliscor as thomas. emmet hears this. emmet collapses in laughter for a solid five minutes straight.

The amount of facts, headcanons, and theories I read of "Empires False" and "Hermitcraft False" being seperate characters just keeps fueling my determination to pull a PLA and just Ingofy False at this point. Lol

Woke up in some strange and unfamiliar land? Lives in a mountain? Headcanoned as some scrunkly person with amnesia? Somewhere there is a person who looks like them?

You know? Funny innuendos aside, they really were just chilling and getting drunk together, and I find that kind of wholesome. Lol
