The scene previous and post the birth of our beloved twins made me really happy. Not just because we finally have solid answer about it and Rin is FINALLY confirmed as their mom but also I loved to see that Sango and her children were with her in such important moment.

I mean, Sango almost sacrificed/killed Rin for the sake of Miroku in the original serie and even if Sesshomaru spared her life and Rin seems to don't remember anything about it, she isn't the kind of character that would forget about it so easily or don't feel gulty at all.

So, I like the idea of Sango (and her family) being there for Rin and her babies. 

Just a few ideas for grown up magical girls shows that are way better than anything on the market rn:

20smth being a fan on the genre and being hyped AF about getting to be like their heroines

20smth kinda bitter who doesn't believe in magic anymore bc they had to grow up too fast too soon and get to re discover joy and beauty through the power of colours and friendship

20smth who wants to make a difference but feels powerless now has a chance to protect their beloved planet

20smth in the middle of a crisis, feeling useless and worthless who now gets the chance to feel like they have a purpose in life (bonus learning that just living is enough)

20smth closeted queer starts to act more freely as their magical alias, slowly gains courage to come out and once they do they get a power up

30smth witch that has lost their way/hope in their craft but still wish to regain them, starts coming into power once again after becoming a magical warrior and seeing they weren't really abandoned

40smth single mother juggling between motherhood and heroism without belittling either aspects of her life

40+ who is feeling low because in this society you lose value after a certain age, now gets to feel like they can still be of some help (bonus learning to go easy on yourself and that age is but a number)

60+ just to show the young audience they will never stop being magical, not even time can take the spark away from you, if you believe.
