I don't think I've drawn any Danganronpa characters or an actual background piece yet, so this one was a pretty fun challenge even if the anatomy's a bit wonky still.

So, you wanna buy a commission piece but you don't know what my standards are? Then look no further, because while my full TOS is on the 7otus Pod website (found here), no one wants to constantly read through it every time to get an idea of what I do and don't do.

The condensed TOS are below the page break. Please keep in mind that the TOS listed on my website are outdated and have not been updated at the time of writing this post. (I'll change this as soon as I fix it). CONTENT WARNINGS: Mentions of paraphilic disorders, hate speech, and subsequent related crimes below the break

1. Commission Prices + Payment

All prices listed on the site are non-negotiable and may vary depending on what you're looking for. All payments are made in advance and they should all be made through the Square POS site that I've got set up. If you submit a ticket with any details / features that break the TOS and I can't get in contact with you to discuss it, I will discard the ticket and issue a full refund if you've paid, and you as the client have a grace period of 2 weeks before I just automatically refund the ticket if I'm unable to contact you about it.

2. Ticket Submission

All commission tickets should be done through the website that I have set up specifically for this purpose. Be concise with what you're looking for, and the more details you provide for me, the better. For the sake of my time and sanity, I'm limiting commission slots to only one ticket per person.

As far as publication is concerned, it is up to you to give consent for their commission to be shared and uploaded to my portfolio or my various social media platforms. If you do want your commission to be uploaded anywhere and just directly sent, please let me know beforehand with the handle that you prefer be credited.

NOTE: ALL public uploads with characters that do not belong to me will be credited regardless

3. Do's and Don'ts

If you request the following in your ticket submission, your ticket will automatically be dismissed and any payments made towards the ticket will be refunded:

Explicit sexual or pornographic content of any kind

Hate speech or any political statements of any kind

Character designs that are majorly made of metal (robots, shiny armor, etc.)

Problematic content, which is majorly defined as the following:

- Paraphilic disorders - Any kind of substance abuse - Crimes or crime implications promoting any kinds of problematic content (child abuse, trafficking, domestic violence, etc.) - Doxing real life people and providing images of them for reference without their consent or without elaboration.

Here are examples of topics that I'm more than willing to draw in a commission piece:

Gore, provided that any suggestive nudity is tasteful and complies with the above terms. This can include:

- Slasher horror - Lovecraftian body horror - Good old fashioned guts and blood

Anthro Characters (keep in mind that I'm not that great with more complex designs considering I'm still branching out and improving.)

OCs / Fandom Personas as long as they comply with the above terms. This does also include:

- OC x Canon - OC x OC
