The animators did such an awesome job in visual storytelling. By their first reaction when seeing their parents’ shipwreck, you can tell everything about the sisters’ different personalities. 

Anna’s first impulse is to gasp of surprise, and very quickly grab her sister’s arm. She’s an extrovert, and craving for her elder’s support. 

Elsa’s just as shook, but stay still in surprise, and she doesn’t hold Anna. She’s an introvert, and is too focused on an anxiety attack with a fast breathing before running for answers. 

WDAS at its finest. Ouch.
