you know sometimes I wake up in a cold sweat remembering the phrase ‘more than just romantic’ and feeling like I’ve been knocked down a hill by the reminder that Dan and Phil are like ,, actually together. it’s not just a weird online shipping two twinks thing they’re actual soulmates, companions through life, 4000 year old tortoises, RANCH, like a piece of furniture, like a normal gay couple ,,, what the fuck
I just KNOW some times Phil gets cute aggression when he looks at Dan, that man is a certified biter and I bet Dan is minding his business looking cute around their home and Phil loves him so much he just has to bite his arm or squish his thigh or poke a dimple like his life depends on it I CAN SEE IT SO CLEARLY IN MY HEAD
dan doesn’t want to get married (valid) but he still wants people to see phil as his forever person. like he will cringe at the word ‘husband’ but still make sure everyone sees a video of him pushing phil, a grown ass man, up a hill like a toddler because that’s HIS grown ass man and only he gets to have him and indulge him and pamper him. he just doesn’t want the word for that to be ‘husband’ (or boyfriend). he’s like “we’re immortal tortoises, we’re soulmates, best friends, companions through life” and people go “okay so you’re a couple then?” and he becomes that gif of emma roberts in scream queens where she huffs all frustrated because nooo they’re not a couple, other people, normal people with boring normal relationships are couples and husbands and boyfriends. what he and phil are to each other is so much bigger and more complex and nuanced and unfathomable and no one can understand it. he really thinks he and phil are the first and only people to experience a lifetime kind of love that feels like fate. and honestly who are we to tell him he’s wrong.

dan not being able to think of three compliments was not because he couldn't think of anything nice to say about phil, it was because he does not know how to be normal about phil. like i just know he wanted to say something with "you could go swimming in those eyes" energy but didn't want to on camera and since he only speaks in (ranch) metaphors like that he just blanked

I really hate to be the one saying this but I think we should have a conversation about user DanAndPhilGAMES. I know that they’re like popular in the fandom because they have such a big following but their behavior is so problematic. They’re constantly mentioning Phan, they’re not just writing phanfic but also very publicly posting it where dnp could see it when they know it makes dnp uncomfortable. I don’t want to be the person to “cancel” people for fandom behavior but this is just unacceptable, I just want to protect dnp so they don’t get scared off the internet again
Honestly, even though we got Layover, I will never get over the fact that we will never see Taehyung on film (meaning an actual movie) while in his 20’s. This is an absolute travesty of EPIC PROPORTIONS. Maybe that long lost photo shoot in the chateau is an actual movie shoot. I hold out hope - I need close ups while emotions play over his face. The fact that no director has had the privilege … and we the audience never had the privilege is a crime.
I will never forgive Bongo or BH for turning down Taehyung’s obvious luminousness.
I KNOWWWWW, Love wins all was everything we could ask for but we deserved more, we deserved at least a film project. I’m not worried abt the 20’s thing because Taehyung gets more and more beautiful every single day, and also we could have dilf Taehyung playing a movie which is a win for us anyway.

i think something is definitely coming, especially because of tour. like, if they wanna adress their full past and all, they probably would hard launch? but then again, i have no idea how this would work, because if they were to hard launch on every show, the suprise would be spoiled after the first couple ones, i think lol. so yeah, but they definitely have something planned (they said the show on their literal 15th anniversary will be different so?)
but also it depends on what we will understand as hardlaunch, because well, dan already said im BIG that they were "more than just romantic" so.
when dan said he and phil were put on this earth for the sole purpose of being together, ie literally two halves of an essential whole. and when phil said he felt lost in the years dan left youtube because he didn't know who he was outside "dan and phil". yeah
ok but can we talk about how happy they've seemed recently? they just seem so much more carefree and comfortable. they've finally let go of the iron grip they had on the narrative and are just letting themselves be without overthinking the implications of every word that comes out of their mouths. it's beautiful to see.
