This is absolutely hilarious

Of all the lines from "We Didn't Start the Fire" that I expected to be relevant this week, "trouble in the Suez" was pretty far down the list

Saw a post about Mexican Dream being a horrific cryptid under his mask and that got me thinking. Also saw another post about Quackity shapeshifting via masks.

Quackity is a shapeshifter, but can only take on the forms of people he has a mask of or can see at the moment, be they right in front of him, or a picture of them. He can make slight changes, like hair length and color, for example. So hidden away somewhere is the room of masks in everyone’s likenesses. He doesn’t have one for everyone but he can make them if he wanted to. The only one that’s ever been a problem is Dream.

Since Dream always wears his mask Quackity has never seen his face, so without a proper reference for Dream’s face, under the mask is always some kind of horrific Lovecraftian monster. The odd part is Quackity has tried to make the face something else but it never works for what’s under the mask, only the mask itself, Quackity brushes this off as not having seen Dream’s face and his brain is filling in the gaps, but he has a sinking feeling of dread that it’s more than that.

In short Lovecraft style monsters are my jam and it’d be absolutely terrifing if someone like Mexican Dream walks up to you, pulling their mask off to reveal a mess of snapping teeth and eyes.

It’s happened a good few times where I’ll sit there and muse on life and love and wonder if any of it holds meaning or if love is even real. But stuff like this reminds me that even if I can’t see it, the world is brimming with love in its many forms.

lately i’ve been thinking abt how love maybe doesn’t exist. like,,, people pretend to be in love to feel better about themselves.

then i remembered that philza minecraft said he doesn’t regret dying to the baby zombie in his hardcore world because it gave him enough exposure to bring kristin to him so they could get married

then i kept thinking, about tommy and tubbo planning on moving in together after tommy graduates

sapnap, dream and george planning on moving in together when they’re able

ranboo donating over $100k to the trevor project for his cousin

dream wanting to wait to face reveal until he’s with george

wilbur calling tommy his best friend

wilbur helping tommy ‘break into his office’ for his vlog

wilbur getting out of bed just to talk to tommyinnit

karl, george, sapnap, dream and quackity falling asleep over a vc call

ranboo making sure to warn his chat about jump scares, flashing lights, and potential triggers

The pure emotional distress of Tommy screaming for Sam’s help only for Sam to disappear is gut-renching

Sam: “Oh, watch out you might get—” Sapnap: “TOMMY!” Tommy: “SA—SAM! SAM!” Sam: “I’ll let you out. I’ll let you out. I’ll let you out. You’re good. You’re good.” Tommy: “I’m not getting out, I’m stuck. SA—” - Tommy: “—AM! SAM! SA—”

Don’t mind me, I’m just thinking about the DreamSMP again. And rewriting my Mama Puffy fic....again. And changing headcanons...again.

Imagine an intense moment where Michael and Dream cross paths and Ranboo immediately panics. Ranboo would go full agro-enderman and claws Dream while howling ‘don’t you DARE touch my son’. Cue an emotionally destroying moment where Dream reveals his power over Ranboo, showing off that he could have escaped at any point but was stalling for time, for his grand plan.

Imagine Tubbo screaming Ranboo’s name, begging him to snap out of it. Only to be met with cold, hostile eyes staring back at him.

Imagine the Syndicate getting the news, Technoblade stricken with guilt because he feels like he could have done more to protect one of the only people he trusts(that or Dream called in his favor and Techno freed him from the Vault). The Syndicate and SnowChester teaming up to rescue Ranboo and they search through all kinds of ancient ruins and tomes for anything that explains the EnderWalk state.

Phil mentions seeing something like this before, a long, long time ago. Back in his early days of adventuring he came across a stronghold and discovered the End Portal. And to his utter horror, a huge creature crawled out of the lit up portal. The fight that ensued could barely be called a fight, if Philza wasn’t the Angel of Death he would have died. A while later he discovers a Young Technoblade, recently exiled, stumbling and heavily injured. Techno shares what happened, years back a monster appeared. This monster was no other, it was far worse then even the dreaded Withers and Ender Dragon of legend. This beast demanded a sacrifice of 14 people yearly so it would not crush the empire. Every soul was too scared to fight or was crushed like a bug by this beast. So young Techno steps up, declaring that he would slay the beast. The battle was long and brutal, but Techno managed to win. But instead of being met with gratefulness and cheer upon arriving home, he was attacked by everyone he risked his life to protect. He was called a blood-thirsty monster and was hunted like an animal. He had no choice but to flee, that was when he ran into Philza. Philza could tell Techno was meant to become the Blood god and what needed to happen, it just so happened that there was an empire’s worth of people that deserved retribution. So with the massive sacrifice Techno, upon dying, was made into the Blood God.

But, those people had been taken over by the monster Techno thought he killed. This beast is the Dreamon, just not known as that at the time. The ‘Beast’ became the Dreamon much later. People spoke of a horrifying monster that haunted your dreams and control your mind, hence the name Dreamon. The Dreamon decided it needed a mortal vessel again, since Techno killed the last one. So it possessed a young boy who had accidentally discovered one of the Dreamon’s old temples(the strongholds). The human’s name was rather fitting for the beast that now controlled them. Dream. Dream was possessed a few years after he left home to go adventure with his best friends. And this demon was very smart and now had access to Dream’s mind, so it had no trouble impersonating him.

No thoughts, just Phoenix!Tommy. Like after he lost his final life he came back as a fully realized phoenix.

As soon as Tommy awakes he’s engulfed in a blast of flames accompanied by the stench of burnt blood, as huge fire-colored wings emerged, dark red with a fire color fade tail feathers solidify from flames and smoke, socks and shoes are torn as razor sharp talons grow and the anatomy shifts to resemble a birds foot, fingernails grow into sharp claws. But he’s clumsy and awkward at this point, he’s not used to the wings or talons. Once he’s free of Pandora’s Vault he learns how to accommodate his new limbs, eventually learning how to fly.

In his new form he’s basically a space heater, he’s warm to the touch and his feathers are warmer to touch than his skin. So you’ll often find Michael sleeping in Tommy’s lap(after Ranboo and Tommy make sure Michael wouldn’t get burned of course) Tommy will often drape his wings over Tubbo or you’ll find Tommy cocooned in his wings(he can’t get cold anymore but the warmth is wonderful). He also takes Michael out for flights, it took a lot of work to convince Ranboo and Tubbo that this was safe, the two made Tommy wear a baby-carrier to put Michael in.
