A digital comic/spread of Apollo and Klavier’s wedding day. The first panel is a wide shot. From the left, Klavier (wearing a white pantsuit, a white blazer with sheer sleeves, and a veil) is waiting expectantly under the altar with the Judge (wearing a light blue robe, circle glasses, and a white stole). Rayfa (wearing a pink dress with a green sash) and Trucy (wearing a baby blue dress with sheer sleeves) are walking down Apollo (wearing a Barong Tagalog and a veil covering his face) with linked arms down the aisle.

In the foreground is an arrangement of flowers. The second panel is Klavier beaming with his hands clasped together, drawings of hearts surround him. The third panel has Rayfa looking at her two siblings happily, Apollo is tearing up while he clutches his bouquet, and Trucy is fanning her eyes to stop herself from crying.

The fourth panel is Apollo looking back, a little embarrassed, at his sisters who have now let go of him and are now teasing him. Trucy whispers as he gives him twin thumbs up, “Go get him!”.

The fifth panel is Klavier lifting up Apollo’s veil under the altar, the Judge behind them looks giddy and overjoyed. The sixth panel is a close-up of Apollo, who is smiling softly and lovingly at Klavier. The seventh panel is in a Chibi style, Klavier is emotional as he grips Apollo’s shoulders, Apollo is amused by this and laughs, “Pfttt- Ha!” The eighth panel has Klavier gently grabbing Apollo’s face and kissing him many times on the cheek, behind them, the Judge looks surprised and says, “H-Hold it, boys! I didn’t say it yet!”

In the middle of the page, there’s a polaroid of Apollo who looks flustered as Klavier mischievously licks icing off his face. And on the upper right of the page, there’s a polaroid of Trucy holding a wine bottle that is shooting out champagne, Apollo looks back at her in distress.

The second page is a group photo of certain guests from the wedding. In the foreground, Datz (wearing a green sherwani and a purple scarf) is holding a platter of food, giving a thumbs up to Rayfa who is kneeling down and hugging Vongole; Nahyuta (who is wearing a cream sherwani and a maroon scarf) is leaning down with his arms against Datz’s head. To their right is Athena (wearing a yellow pantsuit) crying and hugging Juniper (wearing a poofy pink dress) who is handing her a handkerchief.

At the center is Apollo and Klavier, holding hands. Klavier looks content as he leans his head against Apollo’s. Trucy is leaning against Apollo’s shoulder as she holds a sleeping Mikeko, the two smile at each other. At Trucy’s left is Thalassa, who is wiping her tears away with a handkerchief.

To Klavier’s right is Ema (wearing a green dress) who is giving him a congratulatory smile. On Ema’s right is Vera (wearing a purple suit) who is holding up a drawing of the moment Klavier and Apollo kissed. At the back is Phoenix who is embracing Miles. On the farther right is Simon who is drinking a glass of wine with Taka perched on his shoulder.

you know me, i'm incredibly klapollopilled, of course i'm drawing these two suckers for the wedding zine! <3 something about klapollo marriage makes me incredibly emo so i'm very glad for the opportunity to go all out so i can be EXTRA emo about it 😈

Digital doodles of Klavier lifting up Apollo's veil to see Apollo smiling at him so sincerely. Apollo then looks amused and asks him "Doin' okay there?" to which Klavier shakily replies "J-Ja." The next panel reveals Klavier with tears comedically gushing out his eyes as he gives Apollo a thumbs up, he says "Fantastisch." while Apollo laughs.

if i remember right, i think this idea came to be when i thought about the image of klavier bursting into tears as he lifts up apollo's veil and it all went from there LOL (also so psyched i get to draw him in a barong tagalog <333)

everything got so much more ambitious, though, from that initial idea! i drew like what (i am counting the number of characters in the spread right now as i type) 40-ISH CHARACTERS ALL IN ALL?! (WHAT THE FUCKDFGDHJ) and i even had to cut out some of the characters i originally had in the sketch 😭 (sorry gumshoe, kay, and seb/eustace ....)

another thing, i was working on this in tandem with my piece for the mea culpa zine; do you know how funny it is to draw apollo having such a happy moment and then draw him dying 😭 the contrast, the whiplash

that's all i have to ramble about i think, i'm so so so amazed at this zine bc my zinemates truly made some spectacular pieces of art! :"^D if you have the chance, please do check it out! 💗
